The Company's Group LPSQ Regulatory Compliance Centre Located in Mumbai handles all Group Management System functions such as system Manuals, Risk Assessment, Rules/Legislative changes, Fleet Analytics, Concentrated Campaigns, Investigations, Root Cause Analysis, Monitoring functions, Audits, Experience Exchange / Feedbacks, Training / Anti-piracy / various S & Q Project support etc. reporting to the Group LPSQ Director's office in Cyprus. We have vacancies for bright LPSQ Superintendents who will be part of the Team to support the above work. The incumbent will be placed in Mumbai.

Job Responsibility: Provide Support to the Regulatory Compliance Centre in all the above activities as assigned & report to The Group LPSQ RCC General Manager.

Requirement:

• Dry ships / Tanker/ Gas carrier Master Mariners or Chief Engineers with at least two years experience of working ashore with Management Systems/ Audits.
• Have good understanding and knowledge of the application of the ISM Code, ISO 9001/14001/18000 standards, ISPS, and preferably Vetting Programs/ TMSA requirements.
• Knowledge & experience in areas such as Investigations/ Root Cause Analysis, Risk Assessment, Security, Statistics/ Analytics, Training is highly desirable.
• Willing to take up challenges & ability to interact & communicate well across the Group.
• Computer literate & able to create professional reports, manipulate date, write system documentation etc. with good command of English, both oral & written.
