Profit Centre Head (Steel Fabrication) - PCH:001
You will have the comprehensive responsibility of effectively running the Unit. Your duties and responsibilities encompass the full array of activities of the Unit that are involved in maximizing the return on Unit's investment and creating value for shareholders through effective strategy development, infra-structural development, efficient operational control and organizational development, policy and procedure deployment, financial cost management, quality management, marketing and sales management, team building, effective planning of goals, objectives and tactics of the organization while at the same time minimizing and mitigating exposure to risk.
You should have at least 10 years experience working in factories of similar nature and capacity equipped with automated machinery particularly CNC based machinery.
Should process in depth technical knowledge of steel fabrication works including but not limited to design, estimation, production and project management related to steel fabrication.
Minimum qualification an Engineering degree.
Steel Design Managers - DM:002
The key responsibility of this position is to design steel structures, preferably Tanks & Pressure Vessels. You shall have exposure to codes like AISC, API 650, ASME, etc. You shall lead a team of Design Engineers. Minimum qualification Mechanical Engineering degree with 4 to 5 years of experience.
IT Manager - IT:003
The key responsibilities of this position is to develop and execute the strategy for implementation, maintenance and future expansion of information systems, including network architecture, software and managing a small team. You must have five years experience as an IT Administrator, with hands-on experience in maintaining and troubleshooting Windows Server 2000 and 2003, UNIX, (AD, DNS, WINS, DHCP, RRAS, TCP/IP, Security). Windows XP Professional, MS SQL 2000 and 2005, Exchange 2003, anti virus corporate deployment, Proxy Server, WSUS, LAN and WAN, VPN etc. Excellent English communications skills are a must as is the ability to interact with all levels of personnel.
HSE Manager - HSE:004
You will be familiar with best practice methodologies and have an appetite for managing high quality people, processes and situations to ensure total excellence.
Revise and set up a thorough USE Management system, All HSE matters ranging from internal reporting, analysis and prevention will be addressed. Set up a system that is best in class and will combine many years of industry experience from different companies throughout the industry. Set up a HSE structure, under which all HSE Operations can be monitored, supported and brought to the highest levels. Experience in creating HSE programs and directing HSE personnel in the field is a requisite.
Minimum qualification an Engineering degree with 5 years relevant experience in the steel industry. Excellent man-management skills are mandatory for this position.
