The Cement Division of the Group operates modern computerized process control integrated Cement Plants and Grinding Units in the States of M.R, U.R & Haryana with an aggregate production capacity of over 14 Million Tonnes per annum (MnTPA) and is poised to be a 36 MnTPA Cement producer by 2011.

The Group has entered into a Joint Venture with Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) towards setting up a Clinkerisation unit at Babupur, Satna (M.P.) as well as two Grinding units at Bhilai and Bokaro, respectively. The total capacity of all 3 units together shall be 4.3 MnTPA.

The Group envisages a strong and extensive presence in Eastern India (across the states of Bihar, Jharkhand, Chattisgarh, West Bengal, North East, and Orissa). The Company is looking for dynamic, result oriented and committed personnel with good communication skills who are desirous of a long term association for the following positions in Marketing in Eastern India:-

Area Manager-Marketing
MBA/ PGDBM from a reputed institution with good academic records and 10-12 years of relevant Marketing experience in Eastern India. Candidates should have effectively led teams of Officers and should have experience of formulation of marketing strategies and Dealer/ Distributor based network management in Cement, Steel Paints, Tyres, Fertilizers or other Building materials industry.

Sales Officers
MBA/ PGDBM from a reputed institution with good academic record and 3-5 years experience in Sales/ Marketing function via Dealer/ Distributor based network preferably in the Cement, Steel Paints, Tyres, Fertilizers or other Building materials industry. Working knowledge of computer shall be an added advantage.

Technical Officer
Degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering with first class from a reputed engineering college with 2-3 yrs experience in construction/ cement industry. The job profile is to support and educate our customers on correct usage and application of cement. Candidate must have a flair for techno-marketing and willingness for extensive traveling. Candidates with greater experience can be considered for suitable senior positions. Working knowledge of computer shall be an added advantage.
