YL eServices is a KPO service provider offering Financial Research & Analysis services. We are looking for the following pillars to build a robust team that believes in the mission of YL eServices.

Manager - Equity Research/M&A Support

Desired Profile: CA/MBA in Finance or equivalent (pref. From IIM), with 4-5 years' experience in international equity research or as a Principal or Advisor for M&A transactions preferred. Should have strong experience in Bloomberg/Thomson Financials, with extensive experience in quantitative and qualitative research, including market valuations, peer grouping, multipliers, financial modeling, preparation of booklets, collection and analysis of data, and financial tem plating. Strong communication and presentation skills essential.

KRA: Responsible for training, developing, and leading a team. SPOC for meeting the assigned clients' service goals.
Reports to AVP- Financial Research and Analysis.

Sr. Trainer - Investment Research

Desired Profile: CA/CA-Inter/ MBA-Finance, with 2+ years' experience in training investment research and analysis concepts, pref. In a KPO/I Bank. Knowledge of US-GAAP and IFRS standards essential. Must be an expert in MS-Excel, and in subjects such as financial modeling, valuation, corporate finance, etc. Strong communication and presentation skills, with proven coaching and mentoring experience essential.

KRA: Serve as the functional trainer for YL eServices. Plan, design, and deliver training course and refreshers for our range of Finance-related service offerings, through classroom or e-learning training. Assist HR with recruitments.
Reports to VP-HR and Training.

Asst. Manager - Compliance

Desired Profile: Graduate in Law (pref. With CA /MBA-Finance), with 4-5 years' experience as a Compliance Officer, preferably with a financial research firm or brokerage/ investment firm, or as a legal officer in a law firm/in-hose legal department. Should have prior experience in IPR, confidentiality and stock exchange-related compliance monitoring.

KRA: Establish and implement an effective compliance program to prevent illegal/unethical conduct, or non-conformance to company policies. Responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and administering all aspects of the company's compliance management program. Conduct training for new hires on compliance and customer service. Advise the management and employees on emerging compliance issues and provide guidance in the establishment of controls to mitigate risks.
Reports to Sr. Manager - Legal and Compliance.

Research Associate - Financial Research & Analysis (FRA)

Desired Profile: CA/MBA-Finance, CFA Charter holder, with 0-2 years' experience in a KPO/Rating Agency/Big 4 Audit Firm/I Bank as an associate preferred. Awareness of US-GAAP/IFRS standards essential. Experience in equit/credit research, financial modeling, news compilation, preparing earnings summaries, and writing research
Reports desirable.

KRA: Forecast financial information, and present
Reports with keynote analysis, Responsible for writing effective and concise research reports, data mining, due diligence reviews and forecasting with number skills.
Reports to Sr. Analyst or Analyst.

Research Analyst - Financial Research & Analysis (FRA)

Desired Profile: CA/MBA-Finance, CFA Charter holder, with 2-4 years' experience in a KPO/Rating Agency/Big4 audit firm/I Bank as an analyst or associate, with exposure to investment research. Experience in credit/equity research, writing research reports, building financial and valuation models in sectors like telecom, banking, insurance, retail and technology preferred. Must be an expert in MS-Excel and databases like Bloomberg, Thomson Financials etc. Proficiency in Japanese or any European language is an added advantage.

KRA: Deliver high quality qualitative and quantitative research
Reports for clients, Responsible for writing effective and concise research reports, due diligence reviews, and forecasting. Responsible for the output of the assigned team.

Personal Assistant to MD

Desired Profile: MBA or equivalent degree, with 5-7 years' experience in the secretarial field, and proficiency in MS-Excel and PowerPoint. Highly organized and skilled individual with strong secretarial experience, with excellent commercial, verbal and written communication, and coordination skills.

KRA: Create spreadsheets, compose correspondence, manage databases, and create presentations, reports, and documents. Responsible for arranging meetings, conference calls, and supervising clerical staff; make travel arrangements, screen calls; handle other responsibilities such as reviewing incoming memos, submissions, and reports, and planning their distribution. Prepare agendas, conduct research and prepare statistical reports.
Reports to Managing Director.

Software Engineer - MATLABS

Desired Profile: BE/ MCA/ BCA/ BSc (Computers/ Electronics), with 2-4 years' hands-on experience in MATLAB, UNIX, CNC and Image Processing Domain, and experience in C++ desirable. Should have good verbal and written communication skills.

KRA: Responsible for adhering to assigned project schedules, unit testing of the developed applications, preparing SRS, Version control, ensuring bug-free product releases, maintaining coding and documentation standards. Required to interact with clients.
Reports to Project Manager - Apps.

Quality Systems Auditor (QSA)

Desired Profile: Graduate in any discipline, and a certified ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer. Must have 2-4 years' experience in executing at least three complete quality system audits as per the ISO 27001 quality system standards, with a good understanding of statistical and data analysis techniques.

KRA: Responsible for implementing and auditing the company's quality system as per the ISO 27001standards. Document and report non-conformance (s) and make recommendations to the management. Guide the business leaders in the preparation of policies, processes, procedures and guidelines.
Reports to Sr. Manager - Quality Assurance.

Associate Editor - Financial Research & Analysis

Desired Profile: Post Graduate in Mass Comm. And Journalism (or equivalent degree), with 2-4 years' experience in editing and formatting financial research reports. Should have exceptional editing and writing skills. Must have knowledge of financial matters.

KRA: Keep abreast of developments in the financial domain as well as current events and global affairs. Mange day-to-day editing without supervision. Responsible for finalizing research reports. Lend writing support for brochures/leaflets/training manuals. Format/prepare graphs, tables and charts pertaining to research reports. Train/mentor research associates and analysts.
Reports to Editor.

Sr. Recruiter/ Recruiter

Desired Profile: Graduate, with 2-3 years' experience in recruiting for entry-level to mid-level positions in a KPO. Strong computer skills and sensitivity to confidential matters a must. Should be willing to travel extensively across India.

KRA: Responsible for screening candidates, conducting pre-employment tests, accessing job portals to locate potential candidates, and placing job ads. Assist with planning of new employee coordination meeting, compiling communication materials, and preparing and maintaining candidate database records and trends.
Reports to VP-HR.
