1. V.P. (Materials)
   Engineer / MBA (Mat) with experience in Coal, Iron ore, Manganese, Capital goods etc.

2. V.P. (Finance) - (Raipur & Mumbai)
   Qualification CA and well versed with accounts finalisation / Audit, Banking, I.P.O., Taxation etc.

3. V.P. (Corporate) Affairs)
   Dynamic result oriented professional with experience in government liaisoning, Project approvals, land acquisition etc.

4. V.P. (Power Plant) - (Raipur & Bilaspur)
   Mechanical Engineering Graduate who has previously headed a Power Plant including project Management and Operations experience.

5. V.P. (Mineral Resources) (Domestic)
   Geologists with experience in Coal, Iron ore, Manganese and Lime Stone and who has successfully obtained leases and independently controlled a team of Geologists and Mining Engineers.

6. V.P. (Mineral Resources) (International)
   Geologist with experience in acquisition of mining leases & mining operations in Indonesia, South Africa, Australia etc.

7. V.P (Import and Export)
   MBA from premier institute with experience in export (Iron ore fines, Steel, Ferro etc) and import (Coal etc) and well versed with export and import norms for marketing in the international arena. Should be willing to travel extensively.

8. President (Integrated Steel Plant)
   A team leader with experience in independently running an integrated steel plant and capable of handling all technical issues as a profit center head.

9. GM (FICO)
   A qualified CA well versed with SAP - FICO module.
