Merchandiser
The candidate must have experience of working in a Garment Factory with minimum 300 machines.
Should have good command over written and spoken English and must be computer literate.
Must be able to coordinate with buyers, undertake production programme, follow up and execution of orders. Must have knowledge of all aspects of woven garments.

Quality Controller
The candidate will be responsible for quality of Garment as per AQL standards.
Must liase with merchandiser, production and store.
Must have hands on experience for American market (pant, skorts).
Must supervise the garment right from stitching unit finishing.
Must be computer literate, graduate.
Knowledge of sinhala language and gulf experience will be an added advantage.

Factory Manager
The candidate must have minimum 10 years experience of running a garment factory (woven / ladies pants) of 300 machines.
Must be able to communicate and coordinate quite competently with buyers and their representatives.
Must coordinate and interact with production, merchandising, quality control, packing and washing departments.
Must be able to set production targets and achieve them as per shipment schedules.
Must meet American quality standards.
Duties will include driving through efficiency initiatives, improving delivery standers.
Negotiating and management skills are essential prerequisites to succeed in this role.
