  • National Sales Managers (Retail) MSM-IN-001
    Responsible for driving revenues and growth through creating an appropriate marketing vision, implementing innovative marketing strategies, creating entry barriers, and leading a team of Regional Sales Managers. Also responsible for creating, expanding and maintaining an excellent distribution network as well as training the Sales and Marketing team to meet global challenges.

    This profile would require an MBA (Marketing), from a premier Management Institute, with 15-20 years experience in FMCS (Retail) and strong analytical & leadership skills.

  • Regional Sales Managers (Retail) RSM-IN-002
    Key responsibilities would entail managing and directing sales and marketing activities to achieve sales and profit goals. Develop strategies and sales programs to set short term and long term sales strategies. In addition also evaluate and implement new sales techniques to increase the region's sales volume and revenue.

    This profile would require an MBA (Marketing) from a premier Management Institute with 10 years experience in FMCG (Retail) and strong analytical & leadership skills.

  • National Key Accounts Manager NKA-IN-003
    The responsibilities of the National Key Accounts Manager include but are not limited to the sales, profitability, promotion, inventory management and supply chain activities with National Retail Chains. It would include category leadership, key account analysis, and forecasting, high level of relationship with key customers and stimulate a team approach across all functional areas. Excellent interpersonal / communication skills is a pre-requisite.

  • National Sales Manager (Institutional & CSD) NSM-IN-004
    The candidate would need to take complete ownership for developing and expanding Institutional & CSD Sales across the country, through innovative marketing initiatives. Should be experienced in Institutional sales and excellent contact and fairly good interpersonal, communication and networking skills.

    This job profile requires in MBA (Marketing) with 8-10 years experience in FMCG (Retail), out of which at least 5-6 years in institutional | CSD Sales. Experience-Defense Officers would be preferred.

  • Brand Manager / Category Manager BM-IN-005
    The ideal candidate will be responsible for the advertising and creating the requisite brand awareness, budget control, identifying potential partners and co-ordinating feasibility studies, media planning, merchandising developing new products and packaging, carrying out market research, organizing events and enhancement the market share through brand equity. Should have excellent interpersonal / communication / networking skills.

    This job profile would need an MBA (Marketing) with at least 10 years experience in FMCG (Retail), with a main stream in Brand management.

  • Territory Sales Manager (Retail) TSM-IN-006
    Key responsibilities would entail develop, drive and execute a strategic plan for all distribution channel with special emphasis on Retail. Conduct ongoing analysis and sales forecasting for all distribution channel to ensure that targets and objectives are attained. Build a winning team therefore effectively manage operational and administrative process for local markets. Maintain strong customer base, monitor sales performance and up-gradation of distributors.

    This job profile would need an MBA (Marketing) from a premier Management Institute with 5-10 years experience in FMCG (Retail)

  • District Managers (Retail) DM-IN-007
    Would be responsible for achieving the sales target of the District, monitoring sales performance and up-gradation of distributors. This profile would need an MBA (Marketing) from a premier Management institute with 3-5 years experience in FMCG (Retail)

  • H.R. Managers HRM-IN-008
    Provide support to the Sr. Management in change management and to facilitate its implementation. Development of HR practices, policies and procedures, effective recruitment and selection process, identify appropriate training solutions, man power planning and effective performance management system.

    An MBA (specializing in Human Resources) with 8-12 years experience in a MNC / large professionally managed company.

  • Managers Accounts / Audit FMA-IN-009
    Chartered Accountants with 5-10 yrs of Accounting experience & Expertise in Finalisation of Accounts & Audit.
