It is India's largest issuer of Smart Cards in the Transport Sector, issuing Smart Card based Vehicle Registration Certificates and Driving Licenses in Multiple Projects across the country. a young organization, subsidiary of a UK company, Rosmerta also has investment by foreign venture capital inventor.

Rosmerta is looking for dynamic, senior professionals, for the positions mentioned below, to take it to the next level of growth. All positions, except where mentioned otherwise, will be at corporate Headquarters in Delhi.

CEO/MD (Exp. 15-20 yrs. in Smart Cards/ IT marketing: CTC Rs. 36-40 lacs pa)
Will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing programs that significantly grows company's strategic solutions & products, for creating new business opportunities; provide through leadership and drive strategies to enhance customer support and service delivery; build a motivated team to meet agreed business objectives/ targets; identify key competitive threats and strengthen team for overcoming them.

CTO (10-15 years; 15-18 lacs pa)
Knowledge of Scosta Operating System as well as Vahan and Sarathi (NIC software); should have worked as team leader on multiple projects; functional knowledge of Database like Oracle/ DB2/SQL Server; project experience on web technologies will be additional advantages.

CFO (10-15 yrs; 15-18 lacs pa);
Chartered Accountant; additional qualifications preferred) Must have experience of working with financial institutional/ banks pertaining to Term Loans/ Working Capital limits; should have extensive experience with modern accounting systems; be able to build and guide an efficient and motivated Finance team.

Substantial experience in most of the finance functions including Financial Statement review, Audit compliance, GAAP Accounting.

Accounts Manager (4-6 yrs; 5-7 lacs pa; Chartered Accountant).
Bank relations/documentation; Taxation; Accounts Finalization; Audit Functions.

Business Development Manager at Mumbai (8-10 yrs; 6-7 lacs pa).
Developing business opportunities in Maharashtra, with a focus on government e-Governance business; responsible for liaison with Clients/ government officials/ local authorities; keep track of opportunities still in planning stages.

Sr. Commercial Manager at Mumbai, Delhi & Ahmedabad (5-6 yrs; 4-5 lacs);
Assisting Project Manager in all commercial functions; logistics; material management; project monitoring.
