Sales & Marketing (Domestic and Overseas Projects / New Projects) GM/ DGM / Sr. Manager
He should have experience in the field of marketing, Estimation of Sugar Machinery like Centrifugals, Mills, Boiling House Equipment, Diffusers, High Pressure Boilers and associated products.

Purchase GM / Dy. Manager / Asst. Manager
Knowledge of various materials control systems such as ERP/ SAP will be essential. He should be familiar with various commercial/ legal aspects of Domestic Procurement and imports.

Finance & Accounts GM / Sr. Managers
The candidate should be either an A.C.A./I.C.W.A./C.S. Qualifications. They should have proven track record of achievement and should be able to provide effective leadership to a team of dynamic professionals. Knowledge of modern Accounting systems and adequate knowledge in Export/Imports, Excise, Customers, Forex management and liasoning with Banks/Financial Institutions etc. shall be essential.

Design & Engineering GM / DGM / Sr. Manager
He should have experience in design of Sugar Plants and various equipment required for Sugar Machinery, Refinery/High Pressure Boilers and Co-generation Plants, Cane Diffusers etc.

Projects (Domestic & Overseas) Dy. General Manager/ Sr. Managers/ Manager/ Dy. Manager
He should have experience in handling Turnkey Projects/ Sugar/ Refinery / Co - Generation Projects. He should be familiar with Erection procedures safety requirements etc. he should have good skill of liaisoning with the Clients and sub-suppliers / Inspectors and preparation of PERT/CPM, composite bar charts for monitoring and timely completion of Projects. For Overseas positions, overall experience of 3 to 5 years in handling the Overseas projects especially in African and South East Asian Countries.

Works (Fabrication/Machine Shop/Assly, Shop/ Plant Engg) GM / Sr. Managers / Managers /
He should have experience in handling Heavy Engineering machine shop & assembly Shop and Fabrication shop especially handling heavy engineering equipment for Sugar, Steel and Cement Plants, high Pressure Boilers and Coded Vessels.

Quality Control GM/ DGM/ Asst. Manager (Domestic/Export)
He should have experience in Inspection of heavy engineering industries. Candidates having experience in reputed industries manufacturing Sugar Machinery and knowledge of coded vessels and familiar with different codes and NDT Inspection Certificates shall be preferred

Sr. Engineers / Site Engineers for Overseas Projects
He should have experience in Design, Quality Control and Erection on Overseas Projects. He shall be familiar with PERT/CPM etc. and having 2-3 years experience in working overseas Projects.

Regional Manager, Delhi
The candidate should be a graduate in Engineering with an MBA/LAW Qualification. The incumbent should have exp in heading a Regional Office independently with regard to Sales and Service / Admin/ Accounts/ Legal and Other related matters. The an should have good command over English and good liason sills with Govt./Semi Govt. Undertakings.

Qualification: The candidate should be a graduate/post graduate in Mechanical Engineering/Sugar Engineering/ Technologies. they should also have knowledge of modern IT System and softwares.
