Team Manager manages a team of Project Managers who are responsible for the production of Health Science book projects from manuscript through to print-ready files according to agreed quality standards, budgets and schedules.
Job Specific Requirement: Candidates must have proven communication skills, an excellent command of both spoken and written English, people and process management, customer focus and strategy implementation and specialist/ project duties, strong customer service orientation and organizational/ planning skills. They should be capable of building a team by developing and motivating the team members.
Education: Graduate/ Post graduate specialised in Science with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Multimedia Department
Team Leader- Multimedia
The Team Leader manages a team of professionals which will be responsible for the production of Multimedia products, Health Science eLearning product according to agreed quality standards, budgets and schedules.
Job Specific Requirement: Candidates must have an excellent command of both spoken and written English, strong customer focus, project management skills, organizational and planning skills, analytical and problem solving skills. They should be capable of building a team by developing and motivating the team members.
Education: Graduate/ Post Graduate with a minimum of 6 yrs of overall experience of which minimum 2 yrs of experience in managing a team.
Inventory Analyst
To support the US Inventory Management processes and procedures by updating and maintaining data. Support functions include data entry, initiating work-orders, destruct orders and reporting.
Job Specific Requirement: Candidates must have proven communication skills, an excellent command of both spoken and written English, strong customer focus, organizational skills, analytical and problem solving skills. Experience in maintaining/ handling Inventory is an added advantage. Candidates willing to work for 2:00pm - 11:00pm shift only need to apply.
Education: Graduates with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Knowledge in MS Excel and Access is an added advantage.
All candidates must have proven communication skills and an excellent command of both spoken and written English. Computer literacy and ability to work to strict deadlines are essential. Experience of working in an international work environment is preferred.
