Personnel Manager: Having Management Degree and at least 7 to 8 years experience in any Jute Industry of repute. Age between 35 to 45 years.

Maintenance Manager: Having Degree / Diploma holder with 10 years working experience in Jute Industry. Age between 40 to 45 years.

Accounts Officer: Commerce Graduate having 2 years experience in accounts in any Jute Industry. Knowledge in tally and computer accounts is essential. Age within 30 years.

Security Officer: Experience-Serviceman having 6-7 years experience in any industrial unit. Age between 40 years.

Mechanical Supervisors: Having 2-3 years experience in Jute Mill. Fresh Mechanical Diploma holders may also apply. Age between 30 years.

Production Supervisors (Factory & Mill side): Heaving 2-3 years experience in Jute Mil. Age between 30 years.

Operators (both Factory & Mill side): Having at least 7 years experience in Jute Mill. Age between 35 years.
