1. GSX SIP Developers (GSX-SIP)
   3-8 years Experience

   • Real-time embedded software development experience in C/C++
   • Experience with multi-processor, high density carrier class product architectures
   • SIP, SIP-T, SIP-I protocol development and interoperability experience
   • Fluent with current SIP and IMS related IETF RFC's
   • Experience with SIP, SIP-T and interworking these protocols with ISUP is a plus
   • Experience in Session Border Controller Development is a Plus

2. GSX Developers (GSX-DEV)
   3-5 years Experience

   • Strong skills in C/C++ and data structures
   • Good designing skills, ability to solve problems quickly and completely
   • Basis understanding of TCP/IP and Routing
   • Linux/Unix platform experience
   • Experience in VolP Protocols (SIP, RTP, RTCP)
   • Experience of working in DSP (TI320CXX, TI Janus DSP) would be a plus

3. EMS/NMS Positions (EMS-NMS)
   4-8 years Experience

   • FCAPS expertise with Telecom EMS/NMS background
   • Expertise in J2EE (EJB, JMS, JNDI) Hibernate, Servlet/JSP and JMX
   • Experience in WebServices (WSDL, SOAP) XML and XSL
   • Exposure in SNMP, NetCool a plus
   • Exposure to Unix/Solaris/Linus Environment and Shell Scripting

4. OSS Engineers (OSS)
   4-7 years Experience

   • Telecom OSS domain experience is a must
   • Expertise in J2EE, Servlets and Core Java is a must
   • Experience in XML, XSL is a must
   • Good work exposure towards weblogic Server and JBOSS
   • Strong foundation in data-structures and algorithms

5. ASX Call Processing Developers (ASX-CALLP)
   3-8 years Experience

   • Software development experience in a C++/Unix environment required
   • Java development experience and experience with UNIX internals desired
   • Knowledge and development experience with Call Signalizing protocols such as SIP, MGCP, H248, SDP, CALEA
   • Experience in Call Processing Software Development
   • Experience with Class 5 feature development, development of key systems and/or PBX platforms is highly desirable
   • Experience in developing features for Softswitches is a plus

6. IMX SIP Developer (IMX-SIP) 3-6 years Experience

   • C++/C programming knowledge and demonstrated use
   • Understanding of IP network architecture and concepts

9. Wireless Engineer (Wireless)
   3-5 years Experience

   • Sound understanding of GSM/UMTS/CDMA technology
   • Development experience of GSM/UMTS/ CDMA MSC (Call Processing)
   • Expertise in MAP (D, E interfaces)
   • CAMEL AP
   • Understanding of SCCP, TCAP, SIGTRAN
   • Good understanding of the A-interface
   • SIP Expertise
   • Familiarity with the IMS network architecture
   • Expertise in SMS protocols is a plus

10. System Verification Testing (SVT)
    3-8 years Experience

    • Experience in testing of VolP Products/Solutions which includes Class 4/5 Gateways signalizing gateways OR EMS/NMS/GUI
    • Hands on experience in setting up test beds (Solaris/Linux installation and operation)
    • Expertise in deriving test cases from the product requirement
    • In-depth knowledge of any one of the following:
      • SIP, VolP, ISUP, TCAP, MAP, CAMEL, RTP, MGCP OR
    • In-depth knowledge of SS7 stack testing includes ISUP, MTP, SCCP, TCAP, Sigtran
    • Expertise in Scripting Languages such as Perl, TCL/Expect, Shell scripting is desirable alongwith protocol & product knowledge stated above
    • Expertise in Unix/ Solaris OS is a plus
    • Good understanding of various testing processes
    • Hands on experience in automaton (Test script generation/execution and debugging) are desirable
    • Good understanding of one of testing equipments like EAST, INET and HAMMER is needed
    • Familiarity with testing of SNMP events & traps is a plus
    • Good understanding of standard NMS tools/ packages like HP Openview, IBM Tivoli

11. Tech Pubs (Tech Writers)
    5-8 years Experience

    • Atleast 5 years of relevant experience working as a Technical Writer or equivalent experience
    • Ability to take on complete documentation responsibility for the assigned product line
    • Ability to work with telecommunication engineers and highly technical design documents to develop a detailed understanding of Sonus products
    • Ability to write accurate and clear English description of the operation and provisioning of complex telecommunications systems
    • Highly capable to adapt changing Technical publications priorities
    • Ability to be highly productive in a dynamic environment with strict deadlines
    • Ability to coordinate with the local documentation efforts with engineers and writers based in the US
    • Experienced with tools associated with technical publications including Adobe framemaker and Acrobat as well as basic Microsoft PC desktop applications including drawing tools (eg: Visio)
