Scale of Pay: 16000-4%-20800 (E-3), 17500-4%-22300 (E-4)
(Salary Revision is due from January 2007

General Conditions

1. Apart from Basic Pay mentioned above, the pay scales carry Industrial DA, Dearness Pay (DP) as admissible. Besides pay and Dearness Allowance, Non-practicing Allowance, Conveyance Allowance, company accommodation (subject to availably) or House-rent allowance, free medical facility, LTC/LLTC, CPF, gratuity etc. are also admissible as per company' rules.
2. Higher Basic pay may be considered in deserving cases in the relevant grade.
3. Eligible candidates will be paid II AC railway fare by the shortest route for attending interview.
4. Preference will be given to the candidates with more experience and additional qualification.
5. The candidates presently working in Govt./Semi Govt./Public Undertakings will be required to produce no Objection Certificate' (NOC) from present employer before joining.

Durg (C.G.) along with the below-mentined testimonials (orginal and one set of self-attested photo copies and two passport size photographs) and Crossed Demand Draft of Rs. 250/- (PWD candidates are exempted from the application fee) drawn in favour of SAIL-Bhilai Steel Plant on any Nationalised Bank payable at Bhilai.
