Head, Information Technology
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Head Information Technology will manage the Information Technology function leading to new systems implementations and enhancement of current systems. In this newly created role the incumbent will manage and monitor Data Centre Operation, Service desk, Network, IT, Infrastructure Capacity Planning, IT Security, Team Management, Data Management and participate in IT procurement process. This also includes planning and management of related corporate system environment, design, acquisition, installation, operation, system administration and maintenance of the Centre's hardware and related operating system. The incumbent will also contribute to the establishment and update of the overall Central IT strategies, budget and coordination of major IT applications projects.

Requires a Bachelors Degree in computer science or in an appropriate discipline with 8 to 10 years experience in the above mentioned work domains including Network Layer 3 & 4 switching and RDBMS architects, Windows operating system and Unix operating system with a minimum 3 to 4 years in project management. Applicants should have demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills. Fluency in English is essential. Must be knowledge of different data protection act and standards. Product certification (Microsoft and Cisco) will be an Advantage.
