To strengthen our performance driven team, we invite profiles for Senior and Middle level positions for the following functions:

• Operations & Maintenance (For 50 MW Multi-fuel Boiler): BE (Mechanical/ Electronics) or equivalent with relevant industry experience with relevant industry experience and exposure to TPM/TQM. You shall be responsible for overall O&M activities of the business.

• Engineering & Maintenance: BE (Mechanical/ Electronics) or equivalent responsible for adopting and implementing best practices like TPM/ TQM/ Six Sigma for planning and preventive maintenance of our hi tech plants.

• Supply Chain Management: MBA or equivalent with relevant experience in Vendor Development & Procurement, Excise and Logistics and Stores with adequate experience and good exposure in SCM.

• Information Technology: B.Tech/ BIT/ MIT/ MBA or equivalent with relevant experience in ERP, Programming, Software and Hardware Development and allied fields.

• Business Excellence: Industrial Engineering or equivalent with relevant knowledge of Quality management tools and Principles in Business Management tools and Principles in Business Management. You should have adequate knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, TPM/ TQM and Project management.

• HR & Industrial Relations: MBA (HR/PGDBM) or equivalent with relevant experience in the field of Talent Acquisition/ Performance Management system/ Training & Development/ Social Compliances/ IR/ Employee Engagement and Welfare.

• Marketing and Sales: MBA or equivalent with relevant experience in the areas of branding, Market Research along with Direct Sales.

• Forex and Finance: MBA (Finance)/CA or equivalent with relevant experience in the field. You should have analytical skills coupled with strategic thinking and networking skills.

• Agricultural Research: M.Sc Degree in Agriculture or a Post Graduate Diploma in Agriculture/Horticulture/ Allied fields or equivalent. You should be well equipped in developing most modern Farming Techniques in the field of Genetics, Techniques in the fields of Genetics, Biotech, Organic Farming and Seed Hybridization.

• Takshashila: The "Centre of Excellence" is a knowledge driven venture of the Trident Group, formed to groom budding entrepreneurs become future business leaders. We are looking for a Post Graduate in Management with strong academic background and relevant experience in teaching/training.

Pre-requisites for the profile mentioned above

Age: Less than 45 years
Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant field
Remuneration: Rs. 30 lakhs per annum onwards
