Training Programme Developer - Flight Operations

Job Requirements:

• Degree, HND or equivalent in a computer subject.
• Fluent in English.
• Fluency in an object-oriented language preferably Visual Basic.
• Good graphic skills using current graphic editing software such as Photoshop and Corel Draw.
• Expert knowledge of Windows and PC hardware.
• Some networking knowledge preferably Windows NT.
• A proven, demonstrable ability to develop software.
• Minimum of 3 years in a commercial programming development position.
• Preferably some knowledge of training and aviation.

Job Responsibilities:

• To develop in-house courseware and to customize and maintain current courseware for training Flight Crew, Cabin Crew.
• Work with Senior Manager Training & Standards and Manager Ground Training in development of in-house courseware.
• Assist in hardware/ software installation and maintenance as required to ensure that training courses are continued.

Fuel Data Entry Operator

Qualification & Requirements

• Minimum high school certificate.
• Diploma in Information Technology (Database Management System).
• Flight Dispatch License/ Load Control Certificate.
• A clear understanding of all Microsoft applications.
• A broad understanding of Airline Fuel Policy knowledge.
• An understanding of Operational Flight Plans.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume of Airline Post Flight Fuel/ Time Data Entry.
• Performing data entry from source documents into computer database and providing timely and effective responses to inquiries.
• Compile, sort and verify accuracy of data.
• Maintain accurate records for verification.
• Proper selection of materials for work completion.
