1. Project Managers: Engineering graduates/ MBA's preferred with Strong Analytical skills, 8-12 years of experience with at least 2-3 years of exposure in Project Management. Person should have excellent managerial capabilities, strong leadership & good communication skills. Shall be responsible for al phases of projects execution. Exposure to ISO9001, SEI-CMMI etc shall be preferable.

2. Pavement/ Highway Engineers: Engineering graduates/ M.Sc graduates with at least 3 years of experience from reputed organization. Persons should have prior experience on surveying, feasibility study, Project report generation on highway projects, utility, bridges etc along with good communication skills. Experience with Governments departments shall be preferable.
