1. Quality - AGM - Plant Quality (QAP - 01)
   Graduate Engg. with 15-20 years of experience in Passenger Car Manufacturing Company having knowledge of Process Quality in Press Shop, Body, Weld, Plant, Assembly, Process Capability, Process Audit, Target setting & achieving Methodology and Strategic planning to achieve Built-in quality.

2. Quality - Engine Shop (QAE - 01), Field Support (QAF - 01) and Vehicle Audit (QAV - 01)
   Graduate Engg. (2-4 yrs.)/ Diploma Engg. (6-10 yrs.) of experience in Passenger Car Manufacturing Company having detail knowledge and hands on experience.

   QAE - 01 Engine Parts, various machining processes, Engine assembly process, Engine testing (Hot test & cold test, engine firing), warranty & analysis and should be able to a take charge of Quality Assurance of Engine Shop.

   QAF - 01 Customer feedback handling, field information collection & analysis leading to customer satisfaction.

   QAV - 01 Car manufacturing process Static and Dynamic Audit, various Functional tests, Drive test, Defects Identification, Root cause Analysis, Countermeasure actions and Presentation Skills.

3. Quality - Body Shop (QBS - 01), Paint Shop (QPS - 01), Assembly Shop (QAS - 01), Engine Shop (QES - 01), Measurement Room (QMR - 01) and Vehicle Testing & Diagnostics (QVT - 01)
   Diploma Engg. In Paint/ Mechanical/ Automobile/ Electrical/ Electronics with 2-6 years of experience in Passenger car Manufacturing Company having detail knowledge and hands on experience.

   QBS - 01 Spot welding process, techniques and laser welding, BIW Quality Assurance through Robotic process and BIW Product audit.

   QPS - 01 Painting process, techniques, Paint defects, Instruments and Robotic painting.

   QAS - 01 Drive test, On-line Vehicle Inspection in Trim/ Surface Inspection, Showed test, Vehicle functional test and various repair process.

   QES - 01 Engine Assembly process, Testing of Engine, Auditing, analysis of problem and countermeasures.

   QMR - 01 CMM Machines/ Portable CMM Machines, Measurement Software, analysis & report preparation and Presentation skills.

   QVT - 01 Functional tests, Vehicle problem diagnostics, Drive test, Vehicle audit, customer feedback analysis, COP, Shower test, NVH and countermeasure skills.

4. Quality - Planning & Analysis (QPA - 01)
   Graduate/ Diploma Engg. with 3-15 years of experience in Passenger car Manufacturing Company having knowledge of complete vehicle assembly & arts, SPC & SQC, TPM, 6 Sigma, ISO TS16949, VDA, Root cause analysis, DOE and warranty & field failure analysis.

5. Quality - Purchase Parts Readiness (QPR - 01) and Purchase Parts Quality (QPP - 01)
   Graduate/ Diploma Engg. with 3-10 years of experience in Automobile Industry (Car OEM/ Tier I Supplier) having knowledge of MS-Office, SPC. SQC, TPM, ISO TS 16949, VDA & 7QCT.

   QPR - 01 Planning & coordination for new parts approval, project monitoring and planning & implementation of engineering changes.

   QPP - 01 Coordination of sample parts approval, solving parts quality problem and optimization & continuous improvement in purchase parts quality.

6. Finance - Product Cost Controlling (FIPCC - 01), Cost Controlling (FICC - 01) and Financial Planning (FIFP - 01)
   B.Com/ BBA/ M.Com/ MBA having 2-10 years of experience.

   FIPCC - 01 Budget Development, Material Cost Control, Inventory control, Product Cost Calculation, Deviation Analysis & Forecasting and candidate with German language knowledge will be preferred.

   FICC - 01 Cost Controlling, Budget Controlling, Reporting, Analysis and Forecasting.

   FIFP - 01 Budget Development, P & L Reporting, Deviation Analysis and Forecasting.

7. Finance - Cost Controlling (FICC - 02)
   Graduate Engg. with MBA - Finance/ ICWA having 3-7 years of experience in Cost Controlling Budget Controlling, Reporting, Analysis and Forecasting.

8. Finance - Indirect Taxes (FIIT - 01)
   M.Com/ C.A. Inter with up to 3 to 5 years experience in Excise, Service Tax and VAT, and managing team. Knowledge of MS-Office is must and SAP will be an added advantage.

9. Finance - Excise & Service Tax (FIEST - 01), Accounts (FIA - 01), Inventory and Fixed Asset (FIIA - 01) and Customs (FIC - 01)
   B.Com/ M.Com with 2-5 years of experience having detail knowledge and hands on experience.

   FIEST - 01 Excise and Service Tax, Data Entry and record keeping.

   FIA - 01 TDS, TCS, WCT, GL accounting, Data Entry and record keeping.

   FIIA - 01 Inventory/ Fixed Asset controlling, Data Entry and record keeping.

   FIC - 01 Customs related work, Data Entry and record keeping.

   Knowledge of MS-Office is a must and SAP experience and German language knowledge will be an added advantage for all positions in Finance.

10. Manufacturing Engineering - Planning & Execution (MEPE - 01) Graduate Engg. with 3-10 years of experience in Automobile Industry (Car OEM/ Tier I Supplier). Candidate should have detailed knowledge and hands on experience in the respective manufacturing processes.

    Body Shop - Knowledge of car body, GD & T, welding processes, technology, controls and material.

    Paint Shop - PT/ CED and painting processes.

    Assembly Shop - Subassemblies, components, assembly and testing processes.

11. Manufacturing Engineering - Process Engineering (MEPE - 02)
    Graduate Engg. with 3-10 years of experience in Automobile Industry (Car OEM/ tier I Supplier) in the areas of Body Shop, Paint Shop & Assembly. The candidate should have experience in the respective manufacturing chemicals, chemical processes and parameters, equipment and parameters setting, chemicals, lab testing, validation and analytic skills.

12. Manufacturing Engineering - Industrial Engineering (MEIE - 03)
    Graduate Engg. with 3-10 years of experience in Automobile Industry (Car OEM/ Tier I Supplier) in the areas of Body Shop, Paint Shop & Assembly. The candidate should have detailed knowledge of manufacturing processes & industrial engineering, business processes, manufacturing & logistic processes as well as equipment and process improvement.

13. Manufacturing Engineering - Utility Services & Maintenance (Electrical, Mechanical & Civil) - (MEUS - 04)
    Graduate Engg. with 3-10 years of experience in Automobile Industry (Car OEM/ Tier I Supplier). Person will be responsible to plan, build, operate and maintain functions for central and distributed utilities, in respective electrical and mechanical utilities and Govt. regulations & approvals.

14. Manufacturing Engineering - Master Pilot Hall (MEMP - 01) and Technical Support (METS -01)
    Diploma Engg. with 3-5 years of experience in Automobile Industry (Car OEM/ Tier I Supplier) having detail knowledge and hands on experience.

    MEMP - 01 New product implementation, analysis & resolving quality issues related to car assembly, sound knowledge in vehicle assembly processes & about equipments carried out in car assembly, awareness about latest vehicle electrical & electronics system and vehicle diagnostic systems.

    METS - 01 New product New product implementation, pre-production launch management, should have sound knowledge of conducting pre-production trails, analysis & problem solving techniques, should be able to work with MS-Office and CAD tool Catia - V5 R - 17.

15. IT - Solution Architect (ITAS - 01)
    Engg. Graduate with 8-10 years of IT experience preferably in automotive domain in the area of IT Applications/ System Development and Architecture Solution, Java (SUN), Microsoft, Databases, Data warehouse, SOQ, understanding of different frame works and architectural concepts.

16. IT - Project Manager Technical Office (ITTO - 01)
    Engg. Graduate with 6-8 years of IT experience preferably in automotive domain in the area of IT System Support & Implementation, Customization and Migrations of IT Systems, Architectural Solutions, Cax systems, PDM solutions, CATIA V4 + V5, ProE, Product data bases, Workflow systems and SAP (mm module).

17. IT - Systems (ITS - 01)
    Engg. Graduate/ MCA with 4-7 years of IT experience preferably in automotive domain in the area of systems designing, system administration and maintenance, strong foundation in SDLC concepts & business process knowledge, Project Requirements Analysis, Design and Build & Deployment. Preferably automotive domain experience in Quality Systems, Procurement and Logistics.

18. IT - Infrastructure (ITIF - 01)
    Engg. Graduate/ MCA with 10+ years experience in IT Network and Infrastructure Mgmt., Service Management - network (WAN/ LAN/ W-LAN/ Voice), IT Infrastructure, Data Center, Server/ Database Administration, Data Backup and Recovery, SLA Management and Reporting, IT Governance and Vendor management, escalation Management, IT Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and IT Disaster Recovery Management (DRM), Experience in setup of IT Network and Infrastructure for green field projects.

19. Production - Body Shop (PBS - 01), Paint Shop (PPS - 01), Assembly Shop (PAS - 01)
    Graduate/ Diploma Engg. with 3-10 years of experience in Automobile Industry. Candidate should have capability of productivity improvement, cost reduction initiatives and focus on quality improvement and man-management.

    PBS - 01 Knowledge of welding process, different types of welding operations welding fixtures and equipments.

    PPS - 01 Sound knowledge of chemicals used in Paint Shop. Know how of robotic painting and other Paint Shop processes.

    PAS - 01 Knowledge of various processes in car assembly and assembly equipment monitoring, controls to drive away finished quality car.

20. Maintenance - Body Shop (MBS - 01), Assembly Shop (MAS - 01) and Technical Office (MTO - 01)
    Diploma Engg. with 2-6 years of experience in Automobile Industry having detail knowledge and hands on experience.

    MBS - 01 Hydraulics & pneumatics, welding gun, conveyor system and robotics.

    MAS - 01 Assembly shop equipments, conveyors, EMS system and vehicle testing.

    MTO - 01 Weld shop, car assembly equipments, TPM and spare parts management.

21. Direct Purchase - Supplier Readiness Management (PSRM - 01) and Global Sourcing (PGS - 01)
    Graduate Engineers with 3-12 years of experience with Automotive OEM or major Automotive Component Manufacturer.

    PSRM - 01 Development of vendors for purchased vehicle parts and systems involving different vehicle sub-systems and material groups such as Chassis, Power train, Electrical, Interior and Exterior Parts. Management/ Coordination or cross functional teams involved in Product Design and Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Logistics from product conception and vendor nomination to vehicle production and beyond. Ensure that suppliers are ready to meet all the vehicle development milestones and requirements. Strong technical background including in-depth knowledge of tool & die making, automotive product & manufacturing process, development & optimization, vehicle development & validation and problem solving skills. Position requires travel to supplier and tool maker locations within and outside India.

    PGS - 01 Scout, select and develop Indian automotive suppliers for supply of parts and vehicle sub - systems to Volkswagen group's global markets. Handle RFQ processes with European and other Volkswagen group global sourcing offices. Check suppliers for international competitiveness and develop their capabilities to meet stringent worldwide technical, quality and cost requirements. Sound Knowledge of Indian automotive supply base with good communication and negotiation skills.

22. Logistics - Disposition (LGD - 01)
    Graduate/ Diploma Engg. with 3-5 years of experience in automobile industry having detail knowledge and hands on experience on procurement of local and imported parts, inventory & warehouse management material flow activities and follow up. Continuous follow up in JIT and JIS delver parts.

23. HR & Admin. - General Administration (HRAD - 01)
    Graduate/ Postgraduate with 10-15 years of experience in general administration having exposure in employee services, canteen, transportation, housekeeping, event management, expatriate management, good analytical skills, good verbal & written communication skills and computer proficiency.

24. HR & Admin. - SAP - HR (HRSAP - 01)
    Graduate/ Postgraduate with 3-5 years of functional experience. Should have completed one cycle of implementation of all SAP-HR modules i.e. Recruitment, T & E, Payroll, Time & Attendance, PA, PD, Travel Management, etc. Should have minimum 6 months post implementation experience. Candidates with payroll background will be preferred.

25. HR & Admin. - Training & Development (HRTD - 01)
    Postgraduate in Human Resource & Management with 10-15 years of experience in training & OD areas including technical & behavioral training. Should have sound knowledge of defining and executing training philosophy and strategy. Candidates from automotive industries who have handled launch training will be preferred.

26. Admin. - Administrative Assistant (AA - 01)
    Graduate/ Postgraduate with 5-10 years of experience in secretarial function. Candidate should have good knowledge of arranging meetings, domestic sand international travel management and preparing minutes of meeting, etc. Sound working knowledge of MS-office is must for this positions. German language knowledge will be an added advantage for this position.
