General Manager
The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with an MBA having 8-10 years of experience in service sector and be below 40 years of age. We are looking for a person who has entrepreneurial attitude & mindset, one who works relentlessly to achieve his / her goals and who anticipates rather than reacts. As a leader you motivate your team exceptionally well, you are a tough task master & yet your team loves you.

You will be Heading the corporate Finance & Accounts department operations and report to the CFO. You must have excellent drafting / written and oratory skills. You will work closely with Centre Intrapreneurs & help them achieve higher levels of profitability. Country wide team of Finance & Accounts will work under your leadership.

Sr. Managers - Finance & Accounts
The candidates should be CA, below 35 years of age having 4-5 years of experience in a similar role in service industry. Command over spoken English & ability to draft creative & smart communication in excellent English is a prerequisite. The ideal candidate should have entrepreneur's business acumen to maximize revenue by increasing productivity by giving 360 feedback to all centres at various levels, CFO, National Admissions Head and The Chairman. An all round exposure of operations of various departments in medium or large scale organization will be effective in monitoring the corporate accounts.

You will be responsible for the overall supervision / coordination of all the functions of accounts, MIS / Budgeting & variance analysis, compiling & analyzing of financial information, preparation and finalization of periodical balance sheet, scrutiny / control and consolidation of accounts of different centres.

You should be an excellent motivator for your team and must have good knowledge of Indian GAAP, Income Tax, Service Tax, EPF etc.

Sr. Manager - Taxation
The candidate should be a CA, below 35 years of age with good academic track record having 4-5 years of experience in handling Tax matters of a medium or large sized organization. Command over spoken English & ability to draft creative & smart communication in excellent English is a prerequisite.

The incumbent should have in-depth knowledge of Income Tax, Service Tax, VAT Acts and should e capable of preparation all paper work required for appeal before Income Tax Department, Tribunal, Service Tax Department, High Court etc. you should have prior experiences and aptitude to present such cases and represent the company at above fora.

General Manager - Projects
You will be responsible for all our projects development encompassing large campuses for schools, engineering colleges & University to small centre's (5000 sq. ft.) Interior Fit-Outs.

Proven track record in similar position is a prerequisite. You should be passionate about 360° planning, be capable of motivating your team, vendors & other associates to finish the projects with exacting standards & quality and before he committed time.

You should preferably be aged below 40 years of age. You will be based at South Delhi.

Project Managers - Interior Fitouts
The incumbents should be B.Tech / B.E. Civil Engineering having 8-10 years experience out of which at least 2 years should be in a Interior FitOut company of repute. You should be capable of projects planning using standard techniques & having an eye for finer details. You should be passionate about your work, relentlessly working to finish each of the project in time with high standards.

You will be responsible for projects execution form concept to final handling over of the site involving

• Projects planning
• Preparation of budgetary estimates for the project.
• Vendor development for civil work, electrical, HVAC, Office equipment etc.
• Analysis of quotations & negotiation with vendors for pricing & quality.
• Coordination with architects, Consultants and contractors for project work.
• Supervision of all project activities and ensuring timely completion of the projects.
• Preparation / control over cash flow of the projects.
• Ensuring timely checking of contractors/ vendors bills and internal coordination of their payments.
• Ensuring the quality & quantity of material received from vendors.

Sr. Manager - Commercial
The Incumbent should be CA with 4-6 years experience in a Real Estate / Interior FitOut company.

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about his work. The ideal candidate will have energy of a marketing executive, pose & grace of an auditor and vision of a leader. Your profile will include

• Preparation of agreement / purchase orders for the contractors / Vendors.
• Preparation of analysis / comparative statements for award of contracts.
• Preparation of Chas flow statement of the projects and MIS reports.
• Negotiation with contractors, suppliers etc.
• Should have knowledge of related tax laws such as Works Contract Tax, TDS etc.
• Timely checking and processing of bills of contractors / vendors.
• Appraising the quality and quantity of material received from vendors.
• Appraising the status of the project.

You will be based at South Delhi.

Executives - Land / Property Acquisition
The candidates should be a Graduate with at least 1-2 years of experience (age of around 24-27 years), preferably in Land Acquisition.

• Identification of Land / Properties all over India according to company's strategies.
• Liaison with the landlord / agents for purchase of land / property.
• Inspection of land/ property.
• Negotiations for the best value buying.
• Legal due diligence of property and statutory papers.
• Preparation of purchase document and execution of Sale Deed.
• Taking over possession of the property.

You will be based at South Delhi.

Sr. Managers/ Managers
The candidate should be L.L.B. from a premier institute with at least 4 years of post-qualification experience (age around 25-32 years). He / she should have excellent oratory & drafting skills and have requisite exposure to Consumer, Civil, MRTP & Arbitration matters or Labour & Criminal justice matters. Above all you should enjoy your work & be passionate to be one of the best in your field.

Process of Selection shall include an exhaustive testing for knowledge, drafting skills & oratory skills.

General Manager - Alliances
The incumbent should be an MBA from a premier business school in India or abroad with 8-12 years of work experience in institutional sales and corporate alliances.

A pleasing, dynamic, versatile and extrovert personality, budding with new ideas for company's expansion plans will be a perfect match for the role. Yu should have excellent oral & written communication with good convincing skills. International exposure of education industry will be preferred. You will be required to develop strategic alliances with schools & corporates India and abroad.

General Manager - Admissions
The incumbent should be an MBA from a premier business school with 8-12 years of work experience in a similar position in a fast growing organization. We are looking for a person who has entrepreneurial attitude & mindset, one who works relentlessly to achieve his/her goals and who anticipates rather than reacts. As a leader you motivate your team exceptionally well, you are a thought task master & yet your team loves you.

You will be responsible for admission and business promotion nationally. You will be responsible for strategy formulation with immediate, medium and long term step by step implementation. You should be able to maintain and create best business / organizational practices. Your should be an MBA / Post Graduate from an institution of repute with prior and proven experience in a similar activity in a leadership position in a fast growing organization. You should have good written & oral communication.
