We are an 85 years old plantation company in Central Travancore Region, Kerala owning 3 Tea Estates with 2 factories producing approx. 1.7 milling Kgs of Tea p.a. We are also engaged in cultivation of Coffee, Black Pepper & Spices and intend to diversify in areas of medicinal plant/ forestry and require the following personnel based at estates:

Estate Managers
Agriculture or Botany graduates with minimum 10 years experience in estate working in managerial capacity.

Deputy/ Assistant Managers (Estate)
As above with 3-5 years experience.

Deputy/ Assistant Managers (Minor Crops)
As above with experience in Coffee/ Spice Crops/ Medicinal Plants.

Assistant Managers (factory)
Diploma Engineer having experience of managing tea factories.

Assistant Manager (Hospitality)
Preferably diploma holder in Hotel Management with minimum experience of 2 years to manage a heritage resort bungalow.
