The Company is engaged in Power Distribution serving around 15 lacs consumers in the State of Orissa, having turnover of Rs. 2008 Crs and an employee base of around 12000, intending to put Business Heads for its various divisions. The Company is looking for dynamic, energetic and result oriented professional in the field of Electrical Engineering, Commerce, Finance, Customer Relationship/ Business Development and having a passion to take up challenges. The candidates should have a go getter drive and should be able to achieve the targets in the measurable quantitative terms. In addition, he should have good leadership skills, influencing, innovative, sound commercial acumen, negotiating skills.

The Candidate must have worked in an organization of good repute preferably in Public Utility Companies, Retailing. Insurance, Retail Banking and/ or in regulated environment like Insurance, Telecom, Energy, Retailing etc. Most importantly, the candidate must be able to lead a team of 20 - 25 people, and be able to focus on 50,000 consumers so for their accurate metering, billing, collection and redressal of consumer complaints etc- Prior exposure to working in a computerized environment is a must. The candidate essentially should be a BE/CA/ICWAI/ two years full time MBA in Finance/ Marketing from reputed institute in respective discipline and have minimum 8-10 years of experience in the relevant field.
