Mechanical Construction - Equipments (Job Code: IDEA-MCE)
Experience in erection of static equipments like pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tans & heavy equipments like reactors, regenerators in oil & gas fields, refineries and process plants. Experience in rotating equipments like pumps, compressors and turbines is required.

Mechanical Construction - Piping / Pipeline (Job Code: IDEA-PP)
Experience in erection of process piping and pipelines. Pre-commissioning experience of piping and knowledge of international codes is essential.

Mechanical Construction - Quality (Job Code: IDEA-MCQ)
Experience in erection and pre-commissioning quality systems and quality checks of all types of equipments and piping of large process plants / refineries / oil & gas fields. Good knowledge of all NDT methods and welding systems.

Qualification and experience for above positions; Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 6 years experience, or Diploma with 10 years experience.

Electrical - Construction (Job Code: IDEA-ELC)
Degree in Electrical Engineering with 6 years of experience, or Diploma with 10 years of experience. Should have experience in large industrial fields, preferably in oil & gas / refineries / Chemical plants. Should have experience of electrical equipments and installation in hazardous areas. Knowledge of international codes and standards is essential.

Instrumentation - Construction (Job Code: IDEA-CO)
Degree in instrumentation Engineering with 6 years of experience, or Diploma with 10 years of experience. Experience in Installation of Instrumentation systems in large industrial fields, preferably in oil & gas / refineries / chemical plants. Knowledge of International codes / standards.

All the above positions require awareness of industrial safety norms applicable in hydrocarbon / oil fields.

Civil Construction / Quality (Job Code: IDEA-CCQ)
Degree in Civil Engineering with 6 years of experience, or Diploma with 10 years of experience. Experience in construction field of large industrial establishments, preferably in oil & gas / refineries / process plants. Should have experience in handling major EPC / turnkey contractors. Knowledge of quality evaluation methods is essential.

For all posts, candidates with higher experience and experience as team leaders in earlier projects will be considered for senior positions.
