Jindal Steel & Power Limited (JSPL), a part of the USD 12 billion Jindal Organization, is operating a 3 MTPA integrated steel plant and 340 MW captive power plant at Raigarh (Chhattisgarh). The Company has recently commissioned a 1000 MW thermal power plant at Raigarh through its subsidiary Jindal Power Limited. In Bolivia (South America), JSPL is investing USD 2.1 billion in developing Iron ore mines and setting up an integrated still plant. Jindal Realty (P) Ltd. (JRPL), is part of Jindal Steel & Power Ltd is setting up integrated township, offices, parks, universities &colleges, residential colonies, airstrips etc in different locations, for which the company requires professionals with varied experience and skills for the following positions to be based at corporate office in New Delhi & site locations in India:

1.1 General Manager (Building Construction Work & Sites Development) - 5 Nos.
Experience: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil having experience of 15-20 years in Building Construction work & development of sties. The incumbent should have exposure to execution of civil & Infrastructure Development works, preferably in large integrated steel projects.

1.2 General Manager (Architecture & Planning) - 1 Nos., at Corporate Center
Experience: M.Arch & B.Arch / B.E. Civil having experience of 15-25 years in project Designing and Management. The incumbent should be able to prepare and Monitor master construction schedule & planning and have knowledge of statutory laws, etc.

1.3 General Manager (Project Planning Coordination and Monitoring) - 1 No., at Corporate Center
Experience: B.E. Civil with 15-20 years of experience in large integrated steel plants. The incumbent will be responsible for planning, scheduling, networking and time & cost monitoring.

1.4 Dy. General Manager / General Manager (Procurement and Contracts) - 1 Nos., at Corporate Center
Experience: M.Tech & B.Tech / B.E. with 8-12 years experience in formulating and implementing strategies for global purchase of materials for the Real Estate Industry. The incumbent will be responsible for procurement of raw material, maintenance of stock / inventory leveled, identifying and developing potential vendors/ supplier and managing the biding process.

1.5 General Manager (Business Development and Marketing) - 1 No., Corporate Center
Engineers/MBAs with 15-20 years experience in Marketing, Sales and related activities. He will be responsible for identifying and finalizing properties for the setting up of branch offices throughout the country, monitoring of market trends and formulating & implementing innovative strategies to meet sales targets.

1.6 General Manager Finance & Accounts (Real Estate) - 1 Nos.
Experience: MBA Finance having 15-20 years of experience in reputed companies. The person should be able to develop the overall financial model & asset portfolio in close coordination with planning, Business Development and S & M.
