Actavis is looking for the following professionals to work at their manufacturing facilities located at Alathur, near Chennai.
Manager - Cost & Management Accounts
ICWA with 6-8 years of relevant experience in a reputed Pharma company. The position reports to GM-Finance and is responsible for cost accounting & cost control, maintenance of cost records, standard costing of products, financial analysis & MIS, preparation of budgets, forecasts & strategy, etc. The job involves communication with Actavis foreign partners and hence the candidate should be proficient in oral & written English communication. The incumbent should possess strong analytical & problem solving skills; ability to manage multiple tasks; leadership qualities, ability to work independently; and proficiency in use of computers (Excel & Word). Exposure to ERP will be added advantage.
Assistant Manager - Finance
CA with 3 to 5 years experience of A with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing set-up. The candidates should be proficient in oral and written English communication, must have handled GL, AP, AR, FA, cash & bank and balance sheet, should be proficient in use of computers (Excel & Word), have working knowledge of direct and indirect taxes. ERP exposure will be an added advantage.
Officer/ Executive - Costing
Inter ICWA with 2 to 3 years of experience or a Commerce Graduate with 5 to 6 years experience in maintaining of cost records, costing sytem, preparation of MIS, budgets and forecasts in a reputed pharma company. The position reports to Manager - Costing. The candidate should be proficient in use of computers.
Officer/Executive - IT Administrations
BCA/BE or BTech with minimum 5 years experience in System administration, managing servers, network infrastructure, maintenance of software running in labs, validation of computer systems and software, preparation and implementation of departmental SOPs. The candidate should be a Microsoft Certified Professional with experience in Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Microsoft Exchange server 2003, eCentral, Mediaview, VPN, Qmas, Trend Micro Antivirus, Veritas Backup.
