Bucyrus India Private Limited (Subsidiary company of Bucyrus International Inc. USA) is growing exponentially and continues its growth with new projects. To meet our expansion plans for the surface segment we require energetic and dynamic Professionals for the following disciplines:

Project Managers: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Managing MARC contracts, contracts, minimum 15 years of experience required in the maintenance of Shovels & Draglines and in Project Management. The job profile calls for leadership with multiple skills typical of maintaining MARC contracts, including command over tendering, negotiations, technical/commercial evaluation, project progress reporting, resource mobilization and management, customer rapport, co-ordination with engineering vendors and labour contractors, statutory authorities and compliance etc.

Service Engineers: Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 years experience, preferably in MARC contracts in the maintenance of Shovels, Draglines and Drills in the mining industry. Achieving MARC contractual obligations.

Service Engineer Trainees: Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with good academic background. Experience will be considered.

Vendor Development Manager: Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 6 to 12 years experience in supplier evaluation, new product/process management, quality assurance, incoming material evaluation, value engineering, capacity management, sourcing process, specification review, design improvement, supplier relationship management. Should have commodity experience in fabrication and sheet metal/casting, forging, machining etc.

Asst. Manager (Logistics): Degree in Commerce/ Science with experience in logistics, shipment and transportation for import and export of parts and equipment.

Asst. Managers (Parts & Warehouse): Diploma in Engineering with minimum 5 years experience in parts management. Knowledge of inward and outward procedure, inventory control, material issue, store management, warehousing, logistics co-ordination, handling stores of construction and mining equipment.

Administrative Assistant (Parts): Degree in Commerce with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in preparing quotes, monitoring website tenders, preparing status reports, coordinating project requirements and computer generated quotes, preparation and submission of quotations and monitoring of PO status, generating supply status reports and comparative statements.

Excellent English language skills (spoken and written) are essential for all positions.
