GCET was set up by Smt. Shakuntala Educational and Welfare Society in 2000 to achieve International excellence and has its B.Tech Courses in CS, EC, IT & EI accredited by NBA, AICTE. GCET also runs M.Tech Courses in CS, IT, EC, MBA, MCA and an active Ph.D Programme.

GCET is looking for specialized Faculty and teaching assistants committed to teaching, research & consultancy at all levels in the following areas:

CS/ IT: Theoretical Computer Science, Netwoks and Distributed Systems, Multimedia, Data Base Management, Software Engineering, E-Systems, Artificial Intelligence.

ME: CAD/ CAM, Thermal Engg., Machine Design, Industrial/ Production Engg.

EC, E&I: VLSI Design, Microelectronics, Waves and Propagation, Optical & Wireless communication, Instrumentation, Control Engg.

Management: Finance, HR, Information Technology.

Applied Sc. & Humanities: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English.

Qualified Faculty in other specializations in the above branches may also apply. Only candidates with adequate qualifications and experience as per AICTE norms in the respective field need apply. Total package will be commensurate with suitability and the remuneration will not be a constraint for the right type of candidates and can go upto Rs. 20 lac p.a.
