Assistant Director of Health Information Systems - JRE18598
Masters Degree in computer science, MIS or related fields with min. 15 yrs. of exp. in managing depts. dealing with information in a healthcare industry.

IT Project Managers - JRE18348
Master's degree in Business Administration, Information management or related disciplines with 15 years of experience in project management preferably in a healthcare environment. Certifications in Project Management/ Quality Management are mandatory. ICI Accreditations preferred. Knowledge of Arabic will be advantageous.

HIS Head of Administrative Systems - JRE18349
Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS or related discipline with 15 years of experience in multi-disciplinary, multi-site tertiary planning, developing and deploying administrative systems. Must have implemented at least five-cycle projects of world-class ERP and/ or administrative solutions preferable in a healthcare environment. JCI Accreditations preferred. Knowledge of Arabic will be advantageous.

Head of Clinical Systems - JRE18350
Master's degree in informatics, computer science or related discipline with 15 years of experience of multi-disciplinary, multi-site tertiary/ acute care hospital clinical experience including at least 5 years of information systems experience like selection, implementation, training, evaluation etc. Must have implemented at least five life-cycle projects of world-class healthcare software in enterprise hospital environment with the key concentration on the areas of Radiology, Cardiology, Pharmacy, Laboratory, PACS, Laboratory Analyzer interfaces, automated drug dispensing interfaces, bed-side patient monitoring device interfaces etc. Hands-on working experience in systems integrations (Quovadx/ Rhapsody/ Ensemble/ Orion), HL7 V3, DICOM 3.0, Clinical Coding Termonologies (ICD, CPT or SNOMED) JCI Accreditations preferred. Knowledge of Arabic will be advantageous.

Technical Systems Projects Coordinators - JRE18351
Master's/ Bachelor's degree in informatics, computer science or related disciplines with 15 years of experience in clinical information systems implementation and leadership. Must have coordinated/ implemented at least two life-cycle projects of world-class healthcare software in enterprise hospital environment with key concentration on the areas of Radiology, Cardiology, Pharmacy Laboratory, PACS, etc. Experience in any of Cerner, EPIC, or Eclipsys desired. Also hands-on HL7 messaging experience would be preferred. JCI Accreditations preferred. Knowledge of Arabic will be advantageous.

HIS Head of Project Planning - JRE18352
Master's/ Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science or related disciplines with 10 years of experience in IT with concentration on IT Project Planning and Project Management. Must possess strong background in developing roadmaps for IT projects, developing and managing project schedules for all IT projects of the hospital applying latest project planning technologies. JCI Accreditations preferred. Knowledge of Arabic will be advantageous.

HIS Specialists - JRE18353
Master's/ Bachelor's degree in informatics, computer science or related disciplines with 10 years of experience in enterprise hospital patient/ clinical/ ERP systems development/ implementation. Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing software systems, leading/ managing hybrid implementation teams in a healthcare domain. Must have heavily participated in the implementation of at least three (3) life-cycle projects of world-class healthcare software in an enterprise hospital environment with key concentration on Oracle ERP or SAP ERP, Radiology, Cardiology, Pharmacy, Laboratory, PACS, etc. Experience in implementing enterprise solutions that cross technological segments including .NET, JAVA and C++. JCI Accreditations preferred. Knowledge of Arabic will be advantageous.

Database Administrators - Oracle/ SQL Server - JRE18354
Bachelor's Degree in Informatics, computer science, or related disciplines with 10 years of experience in ORACLE DBA (8i/9i/10g RAC) and/or SQL Server DBA (2000/2005). Must have implemented at least 3 life-cycle projects of world-class healthcare software in enterprise hospital environment with key concentration on Oracle ERP or SAP ERR HMIS, Radiology, Cardiology, Pharmacy, Laboratory, PACS, etc. Comprehensive and expert knowledge of Oracle/ SQL Server database architecture and software products, including a detailed knowledge of database recovery techniques. Strong knowledge of latest operating systems and all supporting infrastructure components. Knowledge of Arabic language will be an added advantage.

System Analysts - JRE18355
Bachelor's Degree in Informatics, computer science, or related disciplines with 10 years of IT healthcare exp. out of which 5 yrs. of exp. in enterprise hospital ERP/ Patient Management/ Clinical systems. Certifications in Microsoft .NET/ Java/ Business Objects/ HMIS are preferred. Must have implemented at least three (3) life-cycle project of world-class healthcare software in enterprise hospital environment with key concentration on Oracle ERP or SAP ERP, Radiology, Cardiology, Pharmacy, Laboratory, PACS, etc. Knowledge of Arabic language will be an added advantage.

HIS Pacs Administrators - JRE18356
Bachelor's degree in Informatics, computer science, or related disciplines with 10 years of experience within IS and/or Cardiology Hospital/ Healthcare Organizations covering Cardiology PACS Administration, Business Analysis and Clinical systems. Certifications in PACS Administration/ Project Management/ Quality Management preferred. Must have implemented at least three life-cycle projects of world-class imaging/ PACS systems in an enterprise multi-site hospital environment with key concentration on PACS (GE, Philips, Kodak, Agfa or Siemens), RIS, Voice Recognition and EMR. Knowledge of Arabic language will be an added advantage.

System Administrators - JRE18357
Bachelor's Degree in computer engineering, computer science, science, or related disciplines. Ten years of experience within IS and/or Hospital/ Healthcare Organizations administrating multi-site hospital data centers viz. AIX/HPUX/Windows 2003. Certifications in at lease two of the following are mandatory: Windows 2003/ Unix System Administration, Citrix, CCNA. Must have excellent working experience in configuration, implementation and administration of the following: IBM AIX 5L, IBM HACMP, IBM Tivoli Storage Manager, TPC (Total Productivity Centre), Total Storage DS8000 series, etc. Knowledge of Arabic language will be an added advantage.

Network Technicians -JRE18358
Bachelor's Degree in computer engineering, computer science, or related disciplines. Around five years of relevant work experience with proven record in installing, configuring, and maintaining personal computers, networks, and related hardware/ software. Advanced knowledge and understanding of a range of computer and networking software and hardware systems and related technologies. Knowledge of Computer/ network systems infrastructure requirements and standards, computer security systems, applications, procedures, and techniques. Knowledge of Arabic language will be an added advantage.

HIS User Support - JRE18359
Bachelor's Degree in computer engineering, computer science, or related disciplines. Around five years of relevant work experience with proven record in installing, configuring and upgrading operating systems and software, using standard business and administrative packages. Install, assemble and configure computers, monitors, and peripherals such as printers, scanners and related hardware. Troubleshooting of problems with computer hardware and software. Knowledge of Arabic language will be an added advantage.

Fire & Safety Officers - JRE18590
B.Sc./ B.E. in fire fighting, safety management courses (NEBOSH). Conversant with NFPA, BS in ICAHO standards. 7 yrs. exp. in HAZOP, COSHH, risk assessment.
