Job Outline: This position will have the responsibility o managing projects in Systems, Networking, Unified Communications, Security, Contact Center & related management platforms.

Q & E: BE / Diploma in Electronics / Computers with Project Management Certification (PMP).

• Min 8 years experience in IT industry; out of this min 2 years in IT Infrastructure project management.
• Candidate must have clear understanding of Project Lifecycle Management & be in a position to manage project resources & schedules in an efficient way within allocated budget.
• Knowledge of current IT trends in the above areas and related projects is a must
• Experience in Customer handling. Knowledge of ITIL concepts.

Service Delivery Manager (IT Infrastructure) - Ref. SDM-Inf.
Job Outline: Managing Customer Services in the areas of Systems, Networking, Unified Communications, Security, Contact Center and related management platforms.

Q & E: BE/Diploma in Electronic/Computers, preferably with ITIL Certification. Min 10 years experience in IT industry, out of this at least last 3 years as Service Delivery Manager in an IT Solutions company.

• The candidate to manage Manpower & Hardware/Software resources & achieve customer services goals towards Breakdown/ Preventive maintenance, Installations/Projects leading to maximum customer satisfaction.
• This position will have the responsibility of achieving AMC and Services targets. The candidate should have knowledge of current IT trends and related products/services by optimizing response time & turn around time.
• The person should be in a position to plan for engineers training requirements & skills improvement.

Project Lead / Senior Consultant (Enterprise Asset Management) - Ref. SE-EAM
Job Outline: This position will have responsibility of implementing projects in the area of Enterprise Asset Management/ CMMS.

Q & E: BE/Diploma (Mech/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Civil preferred)

• Minimum 8 years in IT industry and experience of implementing minimum 5 ERR/EAM/CAMMS projects
• Database (Oracle 10g/SQL) & Web Service knowledge & report writer like Crystal report/Cognos/Oracle repots will be added advantage.
• Candidate with application, BMS integration will be preferred.

Senior Engineer - Technical Support (Systems) - Ref. SE-Sys
Job Outline: This position will have the responsibility of handling Server/Storage Hardware & System Software related Projects, Presales consulting & Technical Escalation towards Critical situations faced by engineers.

Q & E: Electronics/ Computer Engineering Graduate/Diploma holder with 6 to 8 years experience and possessing following skills.

• HP ASE - Blades & Storage with extensive hands on experience on HP Servers/Blades & Storage solutions.
• MCSE 2003 preferably with Exchange 2007/2003 with good experience in Enterprise Windows ADS & Exchange environment including Windows & Exchange Migrations.
• Must be capable of handling large Server level environments and related projects/Escalations independently.
• Knowledge on other products such as Microsoft MoM, ISA, CITRIX, Systems Management, Network FAX Solutions, Contact Center Solutions, Email/Web content Filtering, Enterprise Backup/Imaging and Anti Virus solutions will be added advantage.

Sales Manager (Banking) - Ref. SM-Bank
Job Outline: This position will have Accountability of achieving the Business Plan - the top line & the gross profit, every quarter & annually.

Q & E: MBA/Diploma (Sales/Marketing)

• Minimum 10 years in Industry sales and experience of banking solutions sales.
• Identify and Build New Projects
• Analyze the financial credibility of customers.
• Have a strong understanding of all the important financial parameters that affect business.
• Responsible for ongoing client satisfaction and management of client relationship
• Good knowledge of BASEL II, AML concepts
