Company Secretary
To take care of the secretarial & legal compliance matters for the company. He / She would be reporting to the Managing Director - India & Middle East.

Education & Experience requirements:

LLB & qualified Company Secretary.
3-5 years relevant work experience.
Resourceful, pro-active, independent & well organized.
Good communication skills.
A team player.
