Chief Project Officer/ Chief Operating Officer (Cement)
Location: Nandyal (Kurnool Dist., A.P)
The key responsibilities will be Designing, Planning, Erection, Commissioning and operation of cement plants at multi location, co-ordinating with consultants and suppliers of plant and machinery and managing teams effectively. The incumbent should be a first class Mechanical/ Chemical Engineer from a reputed institute with at least 20 years of relevant experience in Cement industry.

Sr. Vice President/ Vice President (Commercial)
Location: Mumbai
The primary responsibilities consist of procurement of equipment and high volume raw materials such as coal, iron ore, and limestone etc. for steel, cement, aluminium and power plants. The position also involves negotiations, vendor mapping and evaluation, finalization of rate contracts and taking care of all legal and statutory compliances.

The incumbent must be a first class Engineering graduate/ MBA with post-qualification experience of at least 18 years in Commercial function holding similar position in a company of repute. The candidate must have extensive experience in International procurement and negotiations and familiarity with Steel/ Power plant related equipment and projects.

Sr. Vice Presiden/ Vice President (Shipping)
Location: Mumbai
The primary responsibilities consist of inbound shipment of equipment and high volume raw materials such as coal, iron ore, and limestone etc. for steel, cement, aluminium and power plants and outbound shipment of finished products. The position also involves negotiations and finalization of rate contracts for freight, expediting and monitoring the activities for various orders placed for timely shipment of goods, smooth custom clearance in India and managing relationship with international shipping companies to ensure smooth, uninterrupted shipping of raw materials in the most cost effective manner.

The incumbent must be a first class Engineering graduate/ MBA with post-qualification experience of at least 18 years in Shipping/ Supply Chain Management/ Contract Division in Shipping companies. The candidate must have extensive experience in International Shipping, Freight Forwarding, Custom Clearance, Insurance, International Contract Management and related legal issues.

The ideal candidates for the above positions should have good communication, people management and negotiation skills with cross-functional perspective.
