Sr. Manager - IT
B.E./ B.Tech with CCNA or CCNP certification. 8-10 years relevant experience over a broad base of technologies - Cisco LAN/ WAN/ security experience is Must. The position requires interaction with international clients. Excellent communication and presentation skills essential.

KRA: Manage complete IT Infrastructure and development including, technology migration, vendor management, information security. Connectivity planning, disaster recovery planning, lead implementation of BS7799 certification and development of internal applications/ systems. Reports to Operations Director or General Manager - IT

Sr. Engineer - Systems
B.E./ (Com)/ MCA with MCSE certification. 4-6 years relevant experience. Experience on HP Servers. Thin clients, desktops & Windows Server 2003, Citrix Presentation Server essential.

KRA: Install, configure and maintain the organization's LAN server and workstations. Plan, design, install and maintain hardware & software. Develop organizational policies and procedures for hardware and software acquisition, use and security. Build software to meet user needs. Reports to Sr. Manager - IT

.NET Programmer
Any Graduation with 2-4 years experience solid C# and .Net Framework (2.0 preferred) and solid foundation in n-tier, Business Objects, Design Patterns, and general OOP principles and knowledge of web server should apply. The above skills are a must in a candidate. In addition candidates with experience in ASP.NET (2.0 preferred including basic CSS, DHTML & JavaScript, developing with SQL Server 2000 (including stored procedures) and knowledge (and wisdom) of IIS6 and it's internals will be preferred. Candidates should have experience with sites under heavy loads that require meticulous attention to coding practices as they relate to performance and scalability

KRA: Design, program, modify. Develop and implement software-programming and web applications. Write code and complete programming and testing of systems and applications. Reports to Sr. Manager - IT

SQL Database Programmer
Any Graduate. 2-4 years relevant experience in designing, programming and implementing new databases on MS SQL Servier 2005. Experience in developing Billing, HRM, CRM< Datawarehousing applications is essential.

KRA: Design advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, scripts, cursors. Create, maintain, modify, and optimize SQL Server databases. Lead data conversion and data migration projects. Manage database performance, capacity, replication, backup and security. Reports to Sr. Manager - IT

Assistant Manager - Facilities
Graduate with min. 3-4 years in facility management, malls or hotels. Excellent communication and administration skills. basic accounting knowledge is a plus.

KRA: Upkeep and management of premises, coordination of all in-house hand outsourced office support services, vendor management, liasoning with govt. and regulatory bodies, ensuring regulatory bodies, ensuring regulatory compliance, facility report management, handling logistics for imports. Develop internal applications/ systems. Reports to Sr. Manager - HR, Admin & WFM.

Sr. Creative Designer
Diploma or degree in fine arts or creative/ design communication from a reputed institute. 4-6 years experience in the area of website design/ advertisement/ corporate branding. A sharp eye for details and stickler for perfection is MUST. Must be passionate about exceeding client expectations. Must be proficient in adobe photoshop & illustrator.

KRA: Hands on designer. Manager and coach the design team in designing websites, brochures, logos, stationery, image editing, trade show displays, data conversion and e-publishing for our high end international client. Esing and oversee print and electronic production of company ads, banners, marketing collateral, fliers, presentations, branded packaging and internal and external PR communications. Manage and design YL eServices website. Develop internal applications/ systems. Reports to Operations Director.

Sr. Recruiter
Graduate with min. 2-3 years experience recruiting for entry level to mid level positions in a BPO. Strong computer skills and sensitivity to confidential matters are must. Must be willing to travel extensively all India.

KRA: Screen calls, scan resumes, schedule interviews, conduct pre-employment tests and reference checks, research the Internet to locate potential job candidates, place employment advertisements. Assist with planning new employee coordination meeting, compile communication materials and maintain candidate database records. Prepare reports and trends. Reports to Sr. Manager - HR, Admin & WFM

Sr. Executive - Employee Relations
Graduate with min. 2-3 years experience in employee relations. Strong computer skills and sensitivity to confidential matters are must.

KRA: Lead the employee relations function and ensure consistent applications of company policies and procedures. Develop employee relations policies. Handle orientation and paperwork for new hires. Perform internal audits and take appropriate action to correct any employee relations issues. Manager dispute resolution procedures. Maintain employee database records. Reports to SR. Manager - HR, Admin & WFM

Sr. Manager - Quality & Training (Financial Services)
6-8 years experience in Banking/ Financial/ Insurance Service in both quality and training functions preferred. Certified Six Sigma Black Belt/ green Belt. Excellent communication and presentation skills for interaction with international clients.

KRA: Lead Green Belt training certification and ISO 9000 certification, develop and implement a unified strategy integrating quality with training, process migration, develop plans to meet training and development needs in the entire organization through internal and external training, manage process training delivery, measurement and follow-up as necessary. Develop organizational assessment methods and measurement systems. Establish and implement necessary communication strategy for improvement and awareness of quality issues across all departments. Reports to Operations Director.

Assistant Manager - Training (Financial Service)
Min. 4-6 years of experience out of which 3-4 years should have been conducting process and train the trainer training in the Banking/ Financial Services area. Strong interpersonal & presentation skills, natural people management and influencing skills with proven coaching and mentoring experience.

KRA: Act as Industry expert for the processes assigned and deliver and maintain generic/ industry level information, Develop SOPs, handbook for training completion times of process and developmental training to associates across the assigned processes are met eve4ry time. Plant and execute refresher training to update knowledge and enhance process expertise. Plan and execute refresher training to update knowledge and enhance process expertise. Plan and execute PIT to employees. Assist HR in recruitment. Reports to Sr. Manager - Quality & Training

Sr. Manager - Client Operations (Financial Services)
CA/ ICWA/ MBA-Finance or equivalent. 8 to 10 years relevant experience out of which 4-5 years should be in Business Analysis & Reporting/ Accounting.

KRA: Directly responsible for meeting the assigned client/ s service levels/ goals/ objectives. Plans, coordinates, and manages activities of the client operations in order to achieve a fine balance between process effectiveness (correct resolution, speed of resolution, quality and customer satisfaction) and process efficiency (correct resolution, speed of resolution, quality and customer satisfaction) and process efficiency (attendance, attrition, service levels). Process Migration, Create SOP document, create and environment that motivates high performance and supports the loyalty and retention of our employees, create sound workforce scheduling and staffing plans, recruitment plan, quality assurance plan, incentive plan, identify training & development needs of the team, develop internal application/ systems to track and report daily KPIs to management. Reports to Operations Director.

Team Leader - Financial Services
Graduate in Commerce stream. The Team Leader will have a minimum of 2-4 years experience in any two of the following - Accounts Payable/ Receivable, Billing, Accounts, Reconciliation, Financial Processing

KRA: the Team Leader will be responsible for supporting, developing and supervising a team of Associates. The Team Leader will learn a minimum of three (3) separate accounts/ processes with the ability to backfill another Team Leader's position on a temporary basis plus continue to maintain his/ her own account (s). The Team Leader will be expected to be able to resolve non-compliant invoices with minimum supervision, communicate with clients and vendor." The Team Leader will be responsible for maintaining his/ her accounts tin the highest level the system will allow. The Team leader's immediate supervisor will be Duty Manager - Operations Manager, as appropriate. The Team Leader should be able to communicate with client on a high level.

Quality Auditor - Financial Services
Degree/ Diploma in Accounting/ Finance/ Insurance/ Banking area or equivalent plus a certification course (e.g. ICWA, CPA, CA, CIA, CBA, CFA, CISA). 2-4 years relevant experience in a financial services BPO. You will be a trained and Certified Green Belt with strong interpersonal & presentation skills. Natural people management and influencing skills with proven coaching and mentoring experience.
KRA: work with business leaders to identify opportunities to improve the business for both employees and customers, coach and mentor operations team to deliver to your action plans, whilst ensuring all improvements are measured according to the customer experience. Conduct metric reviews and correction training so when the business fails to meet the defined customer experience. Action is taken. Assist HR in recruitment. Reports to Sr. Manager - Quality & Training.
