Infosys is a new-age consulting firm that combines its exceptional delivery quality with insights into client business as well as deep and mature relationships. Infosys provides business consulting, systems integration, application development and product engineering services enabling its clients to achieve technology-driven business transformation. As part of the Client Services Group (CSG), you will spearhead the relationship with the client.

Engagement Managers - The Profile
We invite applications from Engagement Managers who have:

  • Strong consulting experience with exposure to at least one industry vertical
  • Experience in managing organisational change demonstrating high energy and proactive approach.
  • Track record in consulting-led scales and management of CXO level relationships
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills building next line of leaders.

The Role
As an Engagement Manager you would be responsible for the client relationships as well as driving revenues and margins within the account. Key responsibilities in this roles include the following:

  • Business development - identify client problems and proactively develop and deliver go-to-market solutions
  • Account planning - Develop and execute a strategic account plan for meeting the client and infosys objectives.
  • Overall client satisfaction - Work with the Delivery Team to ensure a smooth execution of client engagements
  • People development - Mentor and coach the direct reports to build a strong second line of leaders.
  • Delivery of Programs/ Projects.

As a part of your on-boarding program, you will work with existing key accounts. You will coach and mentor the account team with your strategic and consulting, experience before moving to managing an independent account or part of a large account.

Prerequisite:
To apply, you must be an MBA (or CA/CPA) from a Tier I business school in India or abroad with consistently excellent academic records. You should have 7-12 years of consulting experience with Top Consultant Organisations in the following domains (Experience in IT consulting is desirable be not a prerequisite):

  • Capital Markets (Brokerage, Asset Management, Custodial)
  • Banking (Retial Banking, Corporate Banking)
  • Insurance, Energy, Utilities and Process
  • Manufacturing and Supply Chain (Hi-Tech and heavy engineering, Automotive, Aerospace, CPG manufacturing)
  • Media Entertainment and Leisure
  • Retail and Distribution
  • Healthcare and Life Sciences
  • Telecom
  • Logistics

You must be open to relocate and/or travel within the allocated region (USA, Europe, Canada or Australia). Region is based on the location of client accounts.

Business Development Managers - The Profile
We also invite applications for Business Development Managers for the Indian market who have experience in one of the following verticals - Government, Energy & Utilities, BFSI, Manufacturing & Retail. Key responsibilities in this role include the following:

  • Strong sales experience in IT services within the India market
  • Worked on large turnkey deals
  • Direct corporate selling experience
  • Experience in identifying new markets
  • BE/MBA from a premier institute with good academic track record
  • Experience of 8-12 yrs.

The Role:
As Business Development Manager you would be responsible for driving new business revenues from a named account and territory list within the Business Unit,

  • Identify and establish contact with prospects and create a market penetration strategy.
  • Pro-active sales activities to convert leads into prospects & leading to proposal
  • Primary owner of the Opportunity Management process - Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close- for new prospects or new clients within the first 18 months of opening
  • Form peering relationships with client personnel at the VP/Director/GM level and managing CXO/ED level relationships along with sourcing for additional business.
  • Working with the pre-sales functions to craft suitable/compelling proposals for the client and manage proposal pricing negotiations and closure process
  • Showcase Infosys' capabilities, value, relationships and goverance in all interactions.
