We're looking for individuals with excellent communication skills and flair for technology to fill in the positions of Associate Network Engineer for our Technical Assistance Centre (TAC) at Gurgaon. The job profile includes interacting with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions and technical support on all CISCO products. The selected candidates will not only undergo extensive training but Aricent will also sponsor the candidate's CCNA and CCIE certifications. 1. Graduate in any discipline
2. 6-12 months experience in technical support
3. Troubleshooting experience
4. Willing to work in a 24x7 environment
5. Knowledge of CISCO products will be an added advantage.
6. Excellent communication/ voice & accent skills.
