Quality Consultants (Code: HQC/H/0608)
As a Quality Consultant, you will be responsible for performing quality evaluations for our client's contact center agents, identifying opportunities and providing coaching tips to help them get EvenBetter TM everyday. This opportunity is open in our Customer Care, Technical Support and Sales processes. You should be a graduate and should have at least 12 months of experience as an associate with any international BPO in a voice based US Process, preferably with financial services, telecom, ISP & travel clients. You should have excellent listening skills and keen interest in self growth.
Team Lead - Operations (Code: TLO/T/0608)
As a Team Lead, you'II be responsible for achieving volume and quality targets on a specific account/process through a team of quality Consultants. You will be required to conduct client specific trainings and lead client calibration calls. You should have at least 3 years of experience with an international BPO with minimum 1 year as a TL / Quality Analyst.
Lead/A.M. - Client Services (Code: CS/CS/0608)
As a Lead/Assistant Manager - Client Services, you will drive business relationship with client/s at account level and will be responsible for CSAT and maximizing revenue. You will work seamlessly with the Service Delivery team in India and Sales team in US to ensure ac-accomplishment of all client SLAs and also act as a point of escalation in case of any potential outliers. You will be required to possess above par analytical skills and create white papers to facilitate business development efforts. You should have 3-5 years of experience with 1-2 years in a client facing role.
Executive - Data Analytics (Code: DAE/H/0608)
As an Executive - Data Analytics, you will be responsible for collating & analyzing data specific to client requirements. You will also be responsible fo working closely with Service Delivery team for ensuring data sanctity. You need to be highly proficient in using MS excel and should have demonstrated experience of at least 1 year in an international BPO.
