As part of the same, the company has bid and won rights to set up close to 12000 stores (Citizen Service Centres) across the country under the Central government's CSC Initiative. These stores would cover close to 50000 villages across Goa, Gujarat, Haryana, Western UP, MP, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh & Tamil Nadu. We shall look at increasing its footprint across the country post the successful 'commissioning' of these stores and offer challenging opportunities for the following profiles.
Business Development Managers
Location - Bangalore/ Delhi
The incumbent should have experience of 10+ years in business development and atleast 5 years at a managerial level in verticals like Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, Agri-Business or Consumer Services. Would play a key role in conceptualising and operationalising tie-ups/ associations with various partner companies both in Public and Private sector and design business processes to enable their products and services to be sold through our stores. Would be the custodian for business alignment, operatons, partner and customer relationship management. Rural Marketing experience is preferable. Candidates with MBA from premier institute will be an ideal fit.
Regional Manager - Sales
Location - Faridabad/ Rajkot/ Nasik/ Vadodara/ Chennai/ Madurai
The incumbent should have an overall 8+ years of experience with a proven track record of performance in managing a team of sales/ business development executives in the FMCG/ Durables or BFSI industry. Would be responsible for achieving targets in the region of services. Local business development will be part of the role. The incumbent will lead a team of sales officers and district managers. Frequent traveling is key to the role.
