   He/She should be FCA or MBA (Finance) with an excellent track record. Min. 18-20 years of experience of which at least 7 to 10 years in a position handling similar responsibilities of a professionally managed large organization preferably in the real estate industry in India/Abroad. Must have through knowledge in corporate rules and regulations on various financial transactions nationally and internationally. Proven leadership qualities with strong interpersonal communication and analytical skills are essential.

   Vice Presidents Marketing (International)

   Age: 40 years.
   He/She should be a Post Graduate or MBA in Marketing. Min. 10-15 years of experience of which at least 5 to 7 years in a position handling similar responsibilities of a professionally managed large organization preferably in the real estate industry in India/Abroad.    He/She should be a graduate with 2 years experience in the similar field. Must have excellent marketing, communication, organizational and presentation skills. Candidate would be responsible for developing new clients and provided with leads.

   He/she should be a MBA holder in HRM. Min. 10-15 years of experience of which at least 5 to 7 years in a position handling similar responsibilities including staffing matters, training & development, compensation and benefits, asset management et.    Age: 35 years
   He/She should be a MBA holder with minimum 10 years of experience of which at least 3 years in the similar position. Candidate must be aggressive, self-motivated with strong organizational and effective team management skills. Ability to set goals and deadlines. Expert in handling HR development, Personnel and Administration, Industrial Relations, Employees Welfare Scheme etc.
