General Manager-India

The Role
Establishing, planning, leading and directing all sales, operational and delivery activities in India, you will exceed targets for business growth, customer retention and profitability In addition, you will recruit and lead a high-performing team while overseeing the effective operation of the headquarters.

• Developing a strategy to meet revenue projections.
• Providing leadership and vision to all functions, ensuring effective delivery and performance management.
• Development of a positive brand identity in India through effective market positioning.
• Building a strong customer base through the online marketplace.
• Maximizing the UAE India trade relationship.

The Person

• At least 15 years' management experience with proven track record in sales, account management and client relationship management in IT centric business.
• Strong business acumen and an in depth understanding of global e-commerce practices.
• A strong knowledge of the local market.
• Ideally a degree or higher level qualification. MBA desirable.
• Professional certification in Supply Chain Management an advantage.

Finance Director

The Role
Leading and directing the finance function, you will ensure that all financial planning, management and control activities contribute to the commercial growth and organizational capability of the business.

• Contributing to the development and implementation of company's strategy and annual performance plan.
• Managing and monitoring the annual budget planning and forecasting process.
• Leading the development and implementation of effective financial policies, procedures and systems.

The Person
Educated to degree level with a professional accountancy qualification-CPA, CFA, CIMA, CA, MBA-Finance

• At least 12 years' management experience.
• An understanding of global e-commerce practices, ERP solutions and GAAP compliance.
• A knowledge of organizational functionality.
• Knowledge of ERP solutions.
• Understanding of E-commerce practice.
• Strategic thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills with senior management.
