Prajay is one of the largest Hyderabad based real estate companies whose interests are diversified into Hospitality, IT Parks, Industrial Parks, Large Residential Townships, Speciality Retail Malls, and other construction ventures. Our track-record includes the construction of 6.5 million sq.ft.

We have presently drawn a blueprint to develop over 45 million sq.ft. in the coming 5 to 6 years. These projects include residential townships, three 5-star hotels, three business class hotels, an 18 hole PGA championship class golf course and several other commercial complexes.

We are rapidly extending our footprint beyond Hyderabad to other emerging metros and Tier II Cities. to support our aggressive growth plans and to build a world class company we need the following people:

Vice President - Corporate Finance: (Code: VPC)
You should be CA and CS with 10 plus years of experience in a listed company. You should be conversant with the procedures and norms of national and international stock exchanges. You must have experience in raising money GDR/FCCB/Large Domestic Borrowing(s). Additionally, you should be conversant with Mergers and Acquisitions, Investment Planning, Funding Overseas, Financial Planning, Forecasting, and Budgeting for the consolidated company. You should have a good exposure and knowledge of international and domestic corporate laws.

Head (Human Resources): (Code: HHR)
You should be a Post Graduate in Human Resources with 15+ years of experience out of which 3 to 5 years should have been in a large corporate. You should have an exposure to the entire gamut of HR processes including recruitment, policy formulation, planning & forecasting future requirements, performance assessment, appraisal management, training requirements assessment to selecting the right training partners. You should be able to initiate new processes as well as refine existing ones.

GM (Admin): (Code: GMA)
You should be atleast a retired Army Major or from civil services. You should have had 5+ years of experience in a large sized corporate company. Your responsibilities will include administration, security planning, logistics and liaisoning with govt, quasi-govt. local bodies and other authorities.

GM (Projects): (Code: GMP)
You should be a Post Graduate in Structural Engineering or Construction Management with a cumulative experience of over 18 years and you should have spent the last 5 years in a similar position in a large property development, real estate or construction company. An experience in executing a large size hi-rise project of one million sq.ft. and more will be a distinct advantage. You will lead a team of engineers, develop strategies, direct/control contractors, liaise with architects, authorities, co-ordinate, communicate and update the directors on a regular basis of the progress.

GM (Sales and Marketing): (Code: GMM)
You should be a Management Graduate with 15 years of experience with a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position in a large size property development company. You will be responsible for planning the sales and marketing of the various properties of the organisation. We expect you to be well-versed in the areas of branding, below-the-line communication and direct marketing to develop and nurture a customer base. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team and play as a part of it will be skills we are looking for.

DGM/ AGM (Projects): (Code: DGP or AGP)
You should be a Post Graduate in Structural Engineering or Construction Management with an overall experience of 14 years, out of which you should have spent at least 3 years in a similar position, in a large property development, real estate of construction company. Any experience and involvement in the execution of a large size hi-rise project will be an added advantage. You will be responsible for the implementation of 2-3 projects or a large project such as township development and report to & assist the GM (Projects) in various responsibilities.

GM/ DGM (Purchase): (Code: GMP or DGP)
You should be a Graduate with Diploma in Materials Management with 15 years of experience in purchases, vendor development and management. You will be responsible for assessing vendors and play a critical role in ensuring that the organisation has the right set of vendors. You should have a track record of handling techno-commercial negotiations. Your role will include ensuring procurement at an optimum cost; analysis of demand and supply situation for formulation of sourcing strategy and vendor analysis & vendor management.

Manager (Purchase): (Code: MAP)
You should be a Graduate with Diploma in Materials Management with a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in the same position in a reputed organization. You will assist the Deputy General Manager in achieving the outlined objectives. Your role will include the preparation of commercial comparatives, preparation of Work Orders/ Purchase Orders, ensuring compliance of contract conditions as per orders and the coordination of timely deliveries by the vendors.

DGM/AGM (Marketing): (Code: DMM or AMM)
You should be an MBA with specialization in Marketing and shall possess hands-on marketing experience in the field of real estate for around 10 years. A proven track record with some documentation (if presented at the time of interview) will be an added advantage.

You should lead and guide a team of dynamic Marketing Managers and Sales Executives to realize the action plans and implement the strategies for Marketing/ Sales of Residential/ Commercial and Township Projects. The formulation of brand positioning and brand strategy will be part of your responsibility, apart from brand management.

AGM (Contracts): (Code: AGC)
You should be a BE (Civil) with 15years of experience in QS & Contracts with a strong focus on all contractual matters from BOQ/ Estimates, Tendering , Negotiation to Commercial Closure on all disciplines such as Civil, Structural, MEP, Glazing, Interiors plus procurement experience. The position requires good ability in interacting with architects & consultants and working as a team player in the Projects Department.

Manager (Documentation): (Code: MDA)
You should have a legal background with around 5 to 7 years of relevant experience. You should have a keen eye of details and able to coordinate between the site, sales and the corporate office. A knowledge of purchase agreements, sales deeds, bank loan procedure and so on is a must.

Project Managers: (Code: PRM) (10 Openings)
You should be a B.E. (Civil) with around 10 plus years of experience in handling high end residential, commercial or hotel projects. Your responsibilities will include managing large projects and providing comprehensive and actionable feedback to the senior management. You will be responsible for evaluating the progress of the construction and assessing team performance to ensure that project schedules and budgets are maintained as planned.

Project Engineers: (Code: PRE) (20 Openings)
You should be a Graduate in Civil Engineering with 3 to 5 years of experience or you should hold a Diploma in Civil Engineering with 7 years of experience in high end residential, commercial or hotel projects. You will be involved in the day to day execution and progress of the project that you are assigned and will be expected to supervise the activities closely under the supervision of the Project Manager. You will be responsible for directly supervising the contractor's staff, ensuring quality & completion of assigned works in time.

Plumbing Engineers: (Code: PLE)
You should be a Graduate in Civil/Mechanical Engineering with 3 to 5 years of experience or should hold a Diploma in Civil Engineering with 7 years of experience in plumbing or fire fighting in high end residential, commercial or hotel projects. You must be fully aware of Fire Control and Plumbing Designs and systems, planning and scheduling all related design software and preparation of design layouts and project related drawings.

Manager - Electrical/ HVAC: (Code: MEH)
You should be a Graduate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with 3 to 5 years of experience or should hold a Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering with 7 years of experience in high end residential, commercial or hotel projects.

You should have experience in HVAC & Electrical design, estimation, equipment selection, planning, procurement, installation and commissioning, Experience in executing fast track electromechanical works of high end Residential/ Multi-Storey Towers and Hotel Project will be an added advantage.

Executive Assistant Manager: (Code: EAM)
You should be an MBA/ Engineering Graduate with 10 years of relevant experience with 3 years in a similar position. You should be a proactive individual who takes initiatives and should have excellent inter-personnel and analytical skills. You should be IT savvy and manage a team which will support and aid the top management in making decisions which include the Executive Director/ COO/ Executive Vice President and so on.

Relationship Manager - Customer Support: (Code: MCS)
You should be a Graduate (preferably an MBA) with excellent communication skills with knowledge of computers. You will be placed on site and will interact with our customers. You should be able to present yourself well and should shoulder the responsibility of being the "front face" of the organization.

Site Supervisors (Freshers/Non-Technical): (Code: SSU) (20 Openings)
Diploma holders with 1+ years of relevant experience. Non technical individuals with a high school education and 2+ years of on-site construction experience can also apply. Diploma freshers will also be considered as trainees. ITI/NAC trained individuals will be preferred.

Sales Professionals (AGM-2/Manager-4/Executives-12): (Code: SPR)
All are expected to have excellent interpersonal,written and oral communication skills. For the AGM position you need to have 10+ years of relevant experience. for the Manager position you need to have 5+ years of relevant experience and for the Executive position you need to have 2+ years of experience in the area of sales.

Customer Relationship Executives: (Code: CRE) (12 Openings)
Graduates (preferably an MBA) with 3 to 4 years of experience in customer relations/ support functions, preferably from the real estate/ capital goods industry will be ideal. This position needs excellent team playing skills as you will act as a link between the Sales, Finance, Legal & Projects Departments within the organisation to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Site Engineers (Graduates/Diplomas): (Code: SEE) (20 Openings)
Graduates will need to have 1 to 3 years of experience while Diplomas will need to have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Experience in Residential, Commercial, Hospitality and IT building Projects will be an added advantage. You should be an individual who is willing to work hand-on as this position needs you to be accountable to schedule, materials and manpower management.

Executive (Purchase): (Code: EXP)
You should have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and should have a flair for vendor management and negotiation.

Web Administrator: (Code: WEA)
The ideal candidate should possess 5+ years of experience. Should be able to manage all aspects of the websites of the organisation (regular updating and designing). Manage IT equipment & networking and ensure proper functioning of Server. Should be proficient in Windows/Linus, HTML and Dreamweaver.

Asst. Company Secretary: (Code: ACS)
You should have 2 to 3 years of experience in Secretarial work. You will be assisting the Company Secretary in day to day functions. Fresh ACS candidates can also apply.

For all the above positions, individuals with computer knowledge, good communication skills and experience with the construction/ hotel industry will be preferred.
