Besides formulating strategies, leding the client servicing team, co-ordinating with the media department and winning accounts for us, the person should also have a creative bent of mind in order to handle all sorts of baffling questions from our creative team. An experience of 7-10 years in any nationally reputed advertising Agency, excellent presentation and analytical skills backed by a management degree is ideally what we are looking for. However exceptions, who have the exposure handling leading brands, are always welcome.
