TELESUPRECON Ltd. is an EPC Telecom Company, operating for last 10 years in African continent, covering operations in countries of Malawi, Nigeria, Tanzania, Kenya Mozambique & Mauritius. Areas of interest are complete Turnkey contracts for the requirements of GSM Network & Telecom OSP (Copper Cable & Optical Fibre Network.

For our growth, we are rapidly expanding the operations of our Company & are looking for the following types of hard-core young & experienced professionals in field of hard-core young & experienced professionals in field of Turnkey Supply & installation services of GSM & OF Networks:

1. BTS Site Turnkey Infrastructure Group:
   a) Scope of Activities: Site Survey/ acquisition/ layout/ engineering, supply, civil-foundation works, supply, Civil Works & Installation of Tower-DG-Prefabricated Shelter - AC-Fire Alarm Systems, AC/DC-PDB, Integration, Farthing, As-built drawings & handover of Infrastructure to customer.

   b) Personnel required: Project Manager, Team Leaders, Trainers, Civil Engineers Electrical Engineers, AUTOCAD Engineers, Riggers (for Tower Erection) & Quality Auditor.

2. BTS - Microwave installation - Integration & Test:
   a) Scope of work: Installation of BTS, Microwave & Power Electronics equipments, Antennas, Feeder Cables & connectorisation, VSWR tests, Alarm extensions, Antenna Alignment, Drive Test & Optimisation of BTS & Microwave Network.

   b) Personnel Required: Team Leaders, Trainers & Installers, RF/Microwave design Engineering - test - optimize, Indoor & Outdoor Equipment Installation, Integration, termination & handover.

1. OSP Optical Fibre Works:
   a) Scope of work: Design - Planning of Optical Fibre Route, Trenching, OF Cable laying / blowing, jointing, testing, AUTOCAD Drawing, Quality Auditor

   b) Personnel/ required: Project Manager, Team Leaders, Jointer/Tester, AUTOCAD Engineers.

2. SDH Engineers: Planning Layout, Installation, Test & Network Integration of SDH Fibre Optic Equipment
