Recruitment Operations Manager
Walk-In on 9th/ 10th Feb between 10 am - 2 pm

• Incumbent will play a key role in managing global clients & timely delivery of all the requirements as per the SLAs.
• Will carry extensive resources search through all the available sources like Job Boards, advertisements. Etc. Create & maintain pool of resources for active & future requirements.
• Should be a good Team Manager & capable of leading a team of 8-10 Recruiters/ Researchers.

Skills/ Experience:

• BE/ MBA with 5+ years of experience in recruitments & at least 1 years as an Account Manager with excellent communication skills.
• Strong, proven experience of Manufacturing/ Engineering or IT Recruitment.
• High achiever - Achieved and exceeded targets.

Recruiter/ Sr. Recruiter
Walk-in on 7th/ 8th Feb Between 11 am - 2 pm
Will map various sources like international Job portals, Net Search, advertisements etc. and create a pool of relevant resources for a variety of global manpower requirements.

Skills/ Experience:

• BE/ MBA with over 1 year of experience in recruitments should only Walk-in
• Strong, Proven experience of Manufacturing/ Engineering or IT Recruitment.
• High achiever with Excellent Communication Skills.
