Chief Financial Officer
CA or MBA (Finance) with 10-15 years experience in managing multiple profit center finance functions, preferably a large Soap / Edible Oil / Food Business of at least $100M - $150M in revenue.

He will report to the CEO and will be the primary advisor of broad range of strategic financial & operational issues. Bride responsibilities include working with Executive team, develop fine financial strategy, understand and ensure that appropriate attention is paid to the key financial drivers of the company, Provide leadership necessary to ensure the delivery of timely, accurate and operationally useful financial statements and reports to the CEO.

Must to tough-minded and able to challenge the status-quo in a respectful manner in order to help the organization to reach the next level of performance. Should have strong passion for expense management and continuous operational improvement. Must posses high personal and professional standard of ethics, integrity and business acumen with bottom line orientation.

R & D Manager
Post Graduate in Chemistry, Chemical Engineer or Oil Technologist with minimum 15 years experience in Research & Development, Quality assurance in FMCG. Should have hands on experience in designing and development of FMCG products like household care, cosmetics, toiletries, antiseptics, baby care, shoe cosmetics, toiletries. Antiseptics, baby care, laundry, shoe care etc.,

Maintenance Engineer - Soaps & Refinery
Graduate Engineer preferably with Boiler Certification having minimum 10 years experience in handling all maintenance activities including maintenance of packing machines. Should have hands on experience in managing the maintenance aspects of the respective departments.

Plastic Engineer
Candidates should be Graduate Plastics Engineer / Diploma or post Graduate Diploma in Plastic technology from Central Institute of Plastics Engineering and Technology with minimum experience of 10 years in a Plastic Division equipped with PET injection, Blow Molding, etc.
