General Manager- Projects (Positions: Water: 2/ Power: 2/ Infrastructure: 1)
Location: Bangalore

Challenge: Responsible for project management by leading, directing and building a resourceful team for timely execution of multiple projects in the respective sectors.

Qualification: Engineering Graduates with 15-25 year experience in similar industry. Should have independently handled large & complex projects.

Managers/ Engineers- Construction (Various Positions)
(Location: Water- Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala & Tamil Nadu. Power- Karnataka, Infrastructure- Chennai)

Challenge: Responsible for Planning, Mobilisation of Resources. Execution, Billing & Collection, Quality Control & Client liaisoning.

Qualification: Engineers with 2-15 years experience in similar positions in construction Industry. Shall have good communication and client relation skills. Also should have flair for meeting, targets and budget with knowledge of contractual terms & conditions.

Site Accountant/ Store Keeper (Various Positions)
Location: South India

Graduates with 5-8 years experience in maintaining site accounts/ stores in reputed construction companies may apply.

General Manager/ Resident Manager- Business Development (Position: 1 each)
Location: Bangalore/ Chennai/ Hyderabad/ Mumbai.

Challenge: Responsible for identifying opportunities in Lumpsum Turnkey/ EPC projects in Water, Power, Infrastructure sector, planning & formulating strategies, evaluation, pre-qualification and bidding for projects.

Qualification: An Engineering Graduate with 10-20 years of experience in tendering & business development in respective sectors. Shall have good liaison, communication, presentation and marketing skills and shall maintain excellent relations with the respective Government Department/ Agencies.

Estimation Engineers
Location: Bangalore

Challenge: Responsible for costing, rate analysis, estimation of projects of water supply/ Irrigation, power transmission & distribution, roads & bridges.

Qualification: Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineers with 2-5 years experience with adequate knowledge of estimations.

Managers/ Engineers- Materials Management
Location: Bangalore

Challenge: Responsible for procurement of materials for Turnkey Water, Power & Infrastructure Projects within the set target & budget.

Qualification: Engineering Graduates (Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical) with additional qualification in materials management with 3-10 years of experience in procurement with rich exposure in vendor development, rate finalisation, logistics and computerized procurement procedures.
