We are looking for Software Engineer, Programmer Analyst, Project Manager and Technical Specialist, Senior Technical Specialist, Technical Architect for over development centers at Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mangalore, Chandigarh, Mysore, Pune and Thiruvananthapuram.

As a Software Engineer you must have 2 to 4 years of relevant software experience in a reputed IT organization. Your responsibilities would include working towards execution of the project tasks assigned (coding, testing, reviews, design etc.)

As a Programmer Analyst you must have 4 to 6 years of relevant software experience in a reputed IT organization. Your responsibilities would include managing sub-teams in a project or a small project team (schedule, allocate and monitor tasks), and focusing on technical issues, coding and configuration to ensure delivery of a module/ project. Experience in handling small teams, requirements analysis, design and business process knowledge is required.

As a Project Manager you must have 6 to 9 years of relevant software experience in a reputed IT organization. You should be able to initiate projects, estimate effort, evaluate high level design and architecture, and execute project assignments. An ability to lead and motivate high potential project teams to ensure timeliness and quality of deliverables is a must. Exposure to pre-sales and proposal-making activities along with quality planning and practice in a similar role is essential.

As a Technical Specialist, Senior Technical Specialist, Technical Architect you must have 4 to 12 years of relevant software experience in a reputed IT organization. You will be responsible for development of frameworks and methodologies for engineering areas comprising legacy modernization, performance engineering. Business process optimization and design. You will also conceptualize and develop engineering tools for software productivity, simulation and system modeling, and leading strategic architecture consulting assignments.

Proven expertise in any of the following technologies/ skill sets is necessary for the above mentioned roles.

• Web/ Middleware Technologies: Java, EJB, J2EE, JSP, WebLogic, Websphere,
• Databases: Oracle, Sybase
• Microsoft Technologies: VB, ASP, IIS, MTS, Crystal Reports, VC++, .Net, PL/ SQL, SQLServer, Biz Talk
• Datawarehousing/ Business Intelligence: Teradata, Business Objects, Congos, Informatica, AB Initio, DataStage, SAS, MicroStrategy
• Open Systems: C,C++, Linux, Unix, Windows
• IBM Mainframes: COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, IMS, IDMS, Assembler
• Enterprise Solutions: SAP, Oracle Application, Peoplesoft, CRM, HCM, EAI
• Miscellaneous: Documentum, Vignette, Filenet, Lotus Notes, Teamcenter, Windchill, eMatrix, Enovia, Agile, SAP PLM, CATIA V5, Nastran, Patran, Hypermesh
