Development editors are responsible for shaping books through research and analysis, creating instructional design, and developing instructor resources.

• A Master's degree in science/ commerce/ business/ English/ engineering/ education/ the humanities and social sciences
• Excellent English-language skills
• Experience of 2 years in editing and/ or developing higher-education textbooks or competitive-exam books will' be considered an advantage

Development Editors - School (Delhi & Chennai)

• A Master's degree in science/ commerce/ business/ English/ engineering/ education/ the humanities and social sciences
• Experience of 2 years and above in editing and developing school books will be considered an advantage
• Experience in competing-title and syllabi research, instructional design, development editing and publishing instructor resources would also be considered an advantage
• Excellent English-language skills

Research Assistants - Higher Education (Chandigarh)

• A degree in science/ commerce/ the humanities.
• Excellent English-language skills

Commissioning Editors - PTG (Chandigarh)

• A degree in science/ commerce/ business/ English/ engineering/ education/ the humanities and social sciences
• Excellent English-language skills
• Experience of 2 years or above in handling competitive-examination books will be considered an advantage

Commissioning Editors (Business and Economics) - Higher Education (Delhi & Chennai)

• A Bachelor's/ Master's degree in business/ management
• Excellent English-language skills
• Experience of 1-2 years is preferable but not mandatory

Commissioning Editors (Engineering and Computer Science) - Higher Education (Delhi & Chennai)

• A Master's degree in science/ computers or a graduate degree in engineering
• 2-5 years of experience in commissioning and publishing of computer science/ engineering/ science/ mathematics books will be considered a plus

Production Editors and Assistant Production Editors (Delhi & Chandigarh)

• A Master's degree in the humanities/ social sciences/ English/ education
• 2- 5 years and above of experience in editing, organizing reviews and developing academic books will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent English-language skills

Layout Designer (Delhi)

• An undergraduate degree or a diploma in applied art
• Knowledge of InDesign, QuarkXPress, Freehand, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience of 1-2 years in publishing will be considered an advantage

Editorial Coordinator (Chandigarh)

• A Bachelor's degree in any subject
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Skill and efficiency in task coordination, schedule management and report generation/ maintenance
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Word

Promotion Executive- Warehouse (Delhi)
A Promotion executive will manage day-to-day operations of promotion warehouse like timely dispatch of promotional material, managing promotion inventory and tracking shipments.

• A Bachelor's/ Master's degree in commerce, preferably with a diploma in logistics/ Supply-chain management or inventory management.
• Experience of 1-2 years, though desirable, is not essential.

Promotion Executive - Advertising and Copywriting (Delhi)

• A fresh Bachelor's/ Master's in English preferably with a diploma in advertising, creative writing or mass communication.
• Excellent command over the English language.
• Required to write and edit marketing copy, blurbs and should also be able to create and develop innovative marketing collaterals.

Rights Executive/ Coordinator (Delhi)
The permissions executive will responsible for obtaining and granting permissions to and from a variety of sources, including corporations, media companies and publishing houses.

• A bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Excellent English-language communication skills, both written and oral
• Ease and familiarity with computer systems and software especially Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Experience handling permissions and rights, especially in a publishing house, would be considered an advantage.

Sales Executives - Higher Education (Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad)

• Smart and young Master's-degree holders in management/ marketing with a public school background
• An excellent command of the English language with good communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Motivated individuals willing to travel extensively.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail and the Internet.
• 2-3 years experience in sales is desirable, but not essential.

Customer Service Executive (Delhi)

• A Graduate with 1 -2 years' experience in customer service.
• Excellent command over English language both verbal and written.
• Should be able to maintain records

Manager-Applications (Delhi)

• A Graduate with a minimum of 3-5 years in software application management.
• Knowledge of major ERP applications.
