For the Post of Asst. Project Manager in The Andhra Pradesh Shrimp Seed Production, Supply and Research Centre (TASPARC)

TASPARC proposes to recruit an Asst. Project Manager on temporary or contract basis initially for one year, but extendable upto 3 years with a monthly salary of Rs. 22,000/- consolidated. Salary is negotiable for the exceptionally qualified candidates (for its hatchery at Bhimunipatnam, Vizag).

Age Limit: 40 years as on 01-10-2007, Relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates.

Educational Qualification: Essential: M.F.Sc / M.Sc Aquaculture; mariculture; Marine Biology from a recognized university. Desirable: Ph.D. in shrimp/prawn aquaculture or closely related field.

Experience: Essential: 7 years experience in the production of tiger shrimp seeds in a reputed commercial shrimp hatchery with proven record, of which, 4 years should be in handling of various sections of seed production. Desirable: Experience in production of high health tiger/white shrimp seed.
