1. Chief Finance Manager (Finance & Accounts): Post 01 (UR)

   Qualification: C.A./ I.C.W.A.

   Experience: 15 years, out of which 5 years should be in the senior/ middle level. Job Profile: The incumbent should have adequate exposure to formation of Accounting policies. Procedures and compliance with Indian Accounting Standards while handling and finalizing Corporate Accounts. Supervision and handling Internal Audit, Statutory Audit and Government Audit and monitoring revenue M.I.S. Financial management including resources planning and mobilization Liaison, Co-ordination and negotiation with Banks and Financial Institutions. Budgeting business plan, Cost & Cost Audit compliance matters and Regulatory requirements. Knowledge of legal matters including issues relating to income Tax, Indirect Taxes and Company Laws.

   Age: Less than 40 years as on date of publication of advertisement.

   Pay Scale: Rs. 16000-20050 (Total CTC Rs. 7 lacs per year) Due for revision w.e.f. 01-01-2006.

2. Accounts Officer: Posts Approx 9 (7 UR, 2 ST).

   Qualification: M.Com with 55% in Accounting or Management Accounting Or Cost Accounting Or B.Com. with first class with Advanced Accountancy and Auditing as principal subjects having 3 years relevant experience in a Company with minimum turnover of Rs. 50 crores per annum.

Additional Qualification: The candidates having additional qualification like Post Graduation Financial Management, Post Graduation in Computers, Post Graduation in Taxation, LLB, Post Graduation Diploma in Business Management will be given preference.

Experience: The candidates should have at least three years experience in any one or more of the following areas of work. The experience should be of working level or at middle level management.

1. Maintenance & Finalization of Accounts
2. Banking and Working Capital Finance
3. Project Finance
4. Costing
5. Cost Audit and Taxation

Job profile: Supervision and handling Company Accounts, Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Govt. Audit, Revenue Accounting & Activities incidental to revenue monitoring. Budgets, GERC compliances. Taxation matters etc.

Age: Less than 35 years for UR candidates and 40 years for Reserved catetory candidates as on date of publication of advertisement.
