Financial Product Distribution (FPD)

Head of Sales - FPD: (General Insurance - Distrubution)
Location: Kolkata
Job Description:

  • To ensure achievement of General Insurance sales target region-wise and branch-wise.
  • To review, guide and finalise branch-wise sales ptans.
  • To plan and implement strategy for new customer acquisition, workout reward and recognition schemes and product-wise sales strategies.
  • Recruitment and enhancement of engagement of field workers.
  • General Insurance training to employees and field workers.

Essential Job-specific requirement:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate with specialization/MBA with at least 10 years sales experience in General Insurance Sector.
  • Should possess excellent communication and inter-personal skill.
  • Should have led a team in a Regional/Zonal office of a General Insurance Company.

Head of Sales - FPD: (Mutual Fund)
Location: Kolkata
Job Description:

  • To ensure achievement of Mutual Fund distribution target region-wise and branch-wise.
  • To develop sales strategy and ensure implementation for various Mutual Funds.
  • Responsible for working closely with various asset management companies and business planning.
  • Develop long and short range sales plants.
  • To plan and implement strategy for new customer acqusition and to workout reward and recognition shemes and product -wise sales strategies.
  • To ensure recruitment and enhancement of engagement of field workers.

Essential Job-specific requirement:

  • MBA with minimum 10-12 years experience in a Mutual fund company/ distribution house.
  • Preferably heading sales department of a mutual fund company at a zonal level.
  • Thorough industry knowledge of various types of Mutual Funds.

Sales Team Leader
Location: Anywhere in India (No. of positions: 30)
Job Description:

  • To develop the sales team for the branch that includes assistance for sourcing, recruitment, training and associated channel development works.
  • To motivate the team, provide handholding support and lead the team for driving sales as well as retention of the sales team.
  • To achieve sales target of the branch related to the channel for all the FPD product lines.
  • To make sales plan for the channel, enhance market segment penetration, make competition profiling for the area and conduct CRM activites.
  • To monitor the performance of sales team to enhance the productivity level and execute plans to enhance product-wise performance.

Job Specific requirement

  • Graduate with at least 2/3 years of experience in sales of insurance and/or other financial products.
  • Should possess excellent communication and inter-personal skills
  • Should have a thorough understanding of the various retail financial products as well. Should be conversant with the local social fabric of the area.
  • Experience in leading sales team preferred.

National Head - FPD: Channel Development
Location: Kolkata
Job Description:

  • Developing new and alternate distribution channels for Company's finanical product distribution business.
  • Developing business plans, marketing strategy and conversion targets.
  • Ensuring retention, enhancement of productivity of the channels.
  • Achieving the business target for various financial products nemely, Life insurance, General insurance, Mutual Fund and Credit Card.

Essential Job-specific requirement:

  • MBA with specialization in marketing from a reputed institute
  • 10-15 years experience in Insurance or other financial services industry.
  • Leadership experience at Regional/ National level in channel/alternate channel development for at least 5 years.

Regional Head - Channel Development (FPD)
Location: Mumbai, Delhi, Jamshedpur, Kolkata, Guwahati
Job Description:

  • Developing new distribution at regional level.
  • Ensuring success of the Channel through constant interaction with the Branch officials under the Region.
  • Development of region-wise business plan, marketing strategy and conversion target.
  • Constant market survey on alternate distribution channel and feed back to the National Head - Channel Development.

Essential Job-specific requirement:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate from a reputed institute.
  • About 8 years experience in Insurance/ Financial Service Industry.
  • Thorough knowledge and exposure in Channel/Alternate Channel development.

Head of Operations - FPD: (Credit Card)
Location: Kolkata
Job Description:

  • Supervise/Monitor the overall functioning of Credit Card distribution of the company.
  • Supervise/ Monitor TAT & accuracy in each sub-clause (Leads, Application Delivery, etc.)
  • Review and communicate with Sales Team and application checks about sourcing policies provided by the card partner.
  • Ensure implementation of compliance and other underwriting norms.
  • Ensure proper quality of applications sent to Credit Card partners at the aggregate level leading to minimum rejection.

Essential Job-specific requirement:

  • MBA with total experience about 8 years in banking or NBFCs
  • Should have a thorough knowledge about Credit Card business
  • Should have handled Credit Card operations/distribution at a national/ zonal level.

Head of Compliance: FPD
Location: Kolkata
Job Description:

  • To resolve all issues with asset management companies and Registrar.
  • To comply with all regulatory matters connected with SEBI/Partners/Registrar
  • Selecting, training and licensing of authorized persons.
  • Post-sales quality review and training.
  • Assist in developing Risk Mutal and Standard Operating Procedure.

Essential Job-specific requirement:

  • Post Graduate in Commerce/MBA
  • Should possess 10-12 years experience in banking or other financial service sector with at least 5 years experience in Mutual Fund Company.
  • Must be conversant with SEBI regulations.
  • Knowledge of compliances of Credit Card distribution system will be an added advantage.

Head - Equity Research

  • Managing and leading a team of Research Analysts.
  • Preparing MIS on the present and future market trends

Job Specific requirement:

  • To monitor Commission Accounts.
  • To rectify accounts related errors in the Branches as observed in the internal audit process.

Essential Job-specific requirement:

  • M.Com with 10 years experience or CA/ICWA with 6 years experience.
  • Knowledge of recent developments in accounting norms, accounting standards, amendments in tax rules and RBI guidelines for preparation and submission of accounts.

  • Provide hardware and OS support for Sun Solaris and Redhat Linux infrastructure.
  • Routine audits of Systems and software
  • System performance tuning.
  • Build and configure UNIX servers.
  • UNIX scripting, troubleshooting, and problem resolustion.

  • Responsible for installation, maintenance & administration of systems, network, backup & security.
  • Day to day administration and monitoring.

  • Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR).

Essential Job-specific requirement:

  • Academic Qualification: MCA/MSc with 5-10 years experience in Network administration.
  • Certifications: MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engieneer) or MCP, CCNA preferred.

  • Preparation of feasibility/Project report containing in-depth techno-commercial study for the consideration of the Management Committee/Board to make investment decision.
  • Preparation of Project Cost Estimates.
  • Identification of Project Consultant. if required.
  • Review of Project Report and analysis of Viability Report
  • Presentation before the Managing Committee/Board to obtain approval of the Project Feasibility Report.
