Mechanical Engineering - (Ref. Code: GHD - 01)

Qualifications: University degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years experience in a Supervisory / Management role in plant maintenance, support Services or Engineering role in a heavy industry.

Qualifications: University degree in Mechanical Engineering. LEVEL II Certification in Vibration. Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years experience in application of various condition monitoring techniques in heavy industrial environment having diverse nature of equipment and processes. He should be able to apply relevant techniques in detecting problems in wide variety of equipment.
• Should have adequate training and experience on selection and application of sophisticated condition monitoring instruments and associated computer software.

Engineers - Shutdown Planning - (Ref. Code: GHD - 05)

Qualification & Experience: University (Bachelor's) degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years experience in a heavy industry preferably steel with Maintenance experience.
• Capable of handling large scale shutdowns independently involving planning, scheduling, and liaising with various sections and execution. Able to plan and co-ordinate spares procurement and organize manpower, resources, tools for the shutdown.
• Candidates should be computer literate and proficient in MS - Word, Excel, Projects / Primavera. Knowledge in SAP (MM / PM Module) will be an added advantage.

Inspection Engineers - (Ref. Code: GHD - 06)

Qualifications & Experience: University degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Should have thorough knowledge on Stationary equipment inspection and non-destructive methods such as profile radiography, scanning ultrasonic and other Non-Destructive Tests (NDT).
• Should have experience in RBI approach then assessment that includes a systematic evaluation.

Maintenance Planning Engineers - (Ref. Code: GHD - 07)

• Hands-on experience in SAP system particularly in PM & MM Module with Maintenance background.
• Good experience in planning and execution of al types of activities related to pant maintenance. Preference will be given for Steel Plant experience.
• Ability to analyze the various SAP PM reports and do the necessary actions to achieve the management requirements.

Automation Engineers - (Ref. Code: GHD - 08)

Qualifications & Experience:

• University degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or Control Engineering.
• 5 years experience preferably in heavy industry.
• The candidate must demonstrate hands-on experience in all aspects of level 1, 2 Automation including PLC's, DCS's, SCADA and communication networks.
• The ideal candidate shall have extensive experience in Siemens and / or ABB Automation systems including Simatic S5 & S7, WinCC and Advant Controllers & OS, Industrial IT. In-depth knowledge of communication networks & protocols and microprocessor based measuring & control systems is highly desirable.

Instrumentation Engineers - (Ref. Code: GHD - 09)

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate Engineer (4 year course in university) in relevant engineering field with 5 years experience (process plant / steel plant / petrochemical) on maintenance activities.
• He should have sufficient experience and knowledge in identifying control system failure, protective instrument reliability, and risk reduction of instrument control system. Instrument control system includes plant emergency shutdown systems, fire detection systems, flow measurement systems, crane automatic safe load indicators, boiler controls, compressed air systems, machine guarding / access interlocking system & machinery emergency shutdown.
• Establish and prepare written procedures for maintenance and tests performed on plant Instrumentation, Device & Systems.
• Identify and maintain records of faults which occur on the plant instrumentation, monitor / diagnose faults and suggest remedies for corrective actions.
• Should be aware of IEC 61508 / 61511, ANSI / ISA S84.01 standards.

Senior Electrical Protection Engineers - (Ref. Code: GHD - 10)

Qualification & Experience:
