General Manager (H.R.)
M.B.A./PGDBM in HR from a reputed University/Institute with atleast 10-12 years of relevant experience. Shall be responsible for Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Selection, Induction, Performance Appraisal,Compensation & Benefits, Proficiency in Retention Tools, Co-ordination & Execution of Training and Personnel Management.
Location: Mudhol Plant - Karnataka & Corporate Office - Kanpur.

General Manager (Commercial)
Chartered Accountant with 10-15 years experience in the field of Accounts, Management Audit, Project Accounting, Banking, Indirect Taxation, Materials Management, etc.with 3-5 years spent as HOD.
Location: Mudhol Plant Karnataka & Corporate Office - Kanpur.

General Manager/Dy.General Manager (Accounts/Audit/Tax)
Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant with 10-15 years experience in the field of computer based Accounting, Budgeting, Taxation and Internal Auditing. Candidates with 2-3 years experience of independently managing the Audit Department of a large/medium sized, professionally managed company shall be preferred.

General Manager/Dy. General Manager (Mktg)
M.B.A/PGDBM from a prominent Institute with 10-15 years experience in Sales and Marketing, with proven records of achievement and development of business in a competitive market. He will be required for team building, achieving sales and marketing targets and increasing brand preference within a specified area. Candidates with Engineering background shall be preferred. Positions are for the marketing of both Grey & White Cement.
Location: Metros, Mini Metros, and State Capitals.

Company Secretary
Company Secretary with 8-10 years experience of independent handling of the secretarial work of a large sized company. SEBI/Listing requirements. Preference will be given to the candidate with Taxation & Law background.
Location: Corporate Office - Kanpur.

Area Sales Manager
M.B.A./ PGDBM from a prominent institute with 8-10 years of hard core marketing experience in Commodity Marketing with proven records of achievement and development of business in a competitive market. Position is for the marketing of both Grey & White Cement.
Location: Metros, Mini Metros, State Capitals and other Towns.
